To sum up, below are some comparisons between the two animes. SIMILARITIES: • Monarchy setting • MC is a princess • Avoiding their deaths • Supposed-to-be enemies became their friends/allies DIFFERENCES: • Magic exists in "The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen", whereas, there is no magic in "Tearmoon Empire" • The former is an isekai, whereas, the latter is time travel. • MC Pride is wise, whereas, MC Mia is only mistaken for being wise (which makes it funny). • MC Pride turned very kind after reincarnation, whereas, MC Mia is still selfish in a lot of situations which people always misunderstand but in a good way Although there are funny moments in The Most Heretical  read more

If you like a strong villainess mc this is it for you. This one has more romance.

Both main characters are reborn in their favorite otome games in the body of the villainess. They use their knowledge of the game to change the course of actions and become in the heroines instead.

Both feature female characters trying to change their fate. Both protagonists are overpowered. Both have reverse harem vibes. Both are set in a magical fantasy isekai world inspired by games or otome.

Both MCs are reincarnated into the body of a villainess who had quite the nasty personality before retaining their prior life memories. They were also reincarnated into the world of an otome game they had played before death. With their prior life memories this leads to a complete change in personality with both MCs that changes their stories for the better.

Both animes are about how the main character dies and isekai into their favorite otome game. They both end up as main villians, but has to become strong and powerful if they want to survive in the world. Higeki is more about how she's scared of becoming an evil villian her character is supposed to be while rekishi embraces is. Throughout their life, they have a loyal "servant" and is surrounded by romance around them while being oblivious.
