In these series, you can expect both character development and a lot of romance. The rom-coms are done well, and the comedy doesn't take too much from the romance. It may take a while for things to get serious in some of them, so you should be patient. (some of those comments are heavily subjective so keep that in mind)

Just some of my personal opinion on some (mostly but not all) spring 2023 anime.

I am placing them in the best to worst order.

Why are the so many tens? Well, most of the score I gave out is high because it based on my overall enjoyment and factor in the production value of them.

Also this list it not finished since there are movies and OVA which I don't have access to, yet.

Kubo-san is here because it was set for a rebroadcast in this season.

if it is a series, i have only added the first season! you'll find a good bit of popular boy/timid girl tropes and confident/aggressive girl leads - some set in the historical age (duke/lower-ranking girl). these are ones i seriously enjoyed watching with good bits of comedy and romance!
