Planetarian, like Prima Doll, are series belonging to the Key company, that is, they share staff members. In both series we have robots as protagonists who want to be useful to humans even if it is difficult for them due to their circumstances.

Both shows also have a mysterious element in their settings which gives a level of intrigue beyond a typical CGDCT show.

Original anime, girl as main protagonist. Sometimes easy going, sometimes harsh.
