Both stories are in the school setting and involve student/teacher romances with a twist.

Akward girl/girl romance in which one of the girls is (or used to be) a guy.

In both, innovative teachers try to change the students and the schools they are working at. They are confronted by the school authorities and supported by the students. Both are kind, humane anime series with the elements of comedy, nevertheless, both touch serious social issues. GTO, however, tends to be deeper, while I My Me! is more light-hearted.

both with boys that have been either forced or persuaded into cross dressing. The major differences in this one he is put in an all girls school because of his grandpas will and is a student. Besides that theyre pretty similar

I My Me! Strawberry Eggs is random and humorous, although maybe not as random as Azumanga. They both take place in school. They have a similar humour type. Personally I found Strawberry Eggs even more funny than Azumanga.

Both animes are about a guy who cross-dresses as a girl.

Both anime treats the relationship between a teacher and student, however in "I my Me! Strawberry Eggs", it's more naive and man character plays a woman teacher while his student "fall in love" for him, thinking he is actually a woman.

1-The school has a genre predominated: Gokusen-Boys. Strawberry Eggs-Girls. 2-Both teachers hide their real identity. *Spoiler* 3-Both assistant manager of the school discover and reveal the identities. 4-A student has loving feelings for the teacher.

Both Hime Gal Paradise and I My Me Strawberry Eggs involve a boy cross-dressing as a girl within a school setting. The secondary main girl character in both shows have a crush on "her".

Both series has a strange comedy and romance side to it that makes it entertaining to watch. But more than that, I My Me! Strawberry Eggs and Love Hina has some other similarities: Both series features some ecchi moments that are often misunderstood. Both series has a similar theme of restriction in which the main protagonist becomes likeable throughout the episodes. The main girl of course develops feelings for him and they form a bond. Both series takes place at a school setting and in fact features school life as one of its prominent themes.

Hard to explain why they're similar. The stories are quite different. "Ah! Megami-Sama" is a fantasy 'harem' anime, where beautiful Goddesses (literally) clash into a guy's life, making an amusing chaos out of it. While "I my me! Strawberry-Eggs" is an, also lighthearted, school series about a man who has to fake being a woman to become a teacher and pay the rent. But I thought the 'feeling' of the anime were so similar...that you probably couldn't like one, and dislike the other. Watch a couple of episodes, and you'll probably understand.

Probably more people have seen Ouran High School Host Club than I My Me! Strawberry Eggs, but if you haven't seen it, it's about a girl persuaded into posing as a guy at school. Otherwise the guys in the host club are definitely of the shounen type because they too frequently cross the gender line. The show is a hilarious comedy satirizing the whole boys love genre among other things. Even if you didn't like Strawberry Eggs, you might like this!

These shows are somewhat similar since they focus about girls' relationships... In both series the characters try to help others with there problems on an emotional level... I got the same emotions from watching this show as Popotan, I really felt what the characters were going through... And I really cared what their feelings were... (This is very rare in anime; when you care so much that you almost cry, ...or do cry, if your in my case.^-^) I would Recommend both of these anime to anyone that wants an anime that will move your heart, break it, and then piece it back together... Also deals with gender issues about a man trying to pass as woman. The plot revolves around high school life and has a delicate comedy / drama mix without slipping into perversion (as one could judge from synopsis). Think GTO meets TnK

The storys are so cute! Although this are different stories, they both have a deeper meaning that makes it so goood to see them. Good series for soap lovers.
