Arknights: Reimei Zensou

Both have sort of post-apocalpytic feel on a partially destroyed landscape with female MCs fighting bad guys, helping people  

Both of these anime feature sci-fi worlds in which a deadly disease is causing people to slowly crystallize after becoming infected but sometimes this disease manifests differently in certain individuals causing them to have special powers & attributes. Both of these anime have completely amazing sci-fi concepts that focuses on human nature and I can't really compare them to anything else in anime because there so unique, I would highly recommended watching both. 

Both are adaptation from a game story. Both of them deliver a cinematic experience in a unique way including a specific fast pacing cuts animation and angle. Best to watch on bigger screen.
