Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjou, Aruiwa Sekai ga Hajimaru Seisen Season II

Over a century ago, astral mages under persecution from the Empire banded together and established the Nebulis Sovereignty under three founding families: Lou, Hydra, and Zoa. With the leadership of Millavair Lou Nebulis VIII, the Sovereignty aims to minimize casualties in their conflict with the Empire—a stance the extremist Zoas disagree with. Tensions rise between the families as the upcoming election to decide the next leader approaches. The Zoas are willing to do anything to achieve success; however, a world-ending war may ensue should they be victorious.

Princess Aliceliese "Alice" Lou Nebulis XI has no choice but to cooperate with any potential allies in order to advance towards her ultimate goal of ending the conflict that has long tormented everyone involved. This includes Iska—one of the Empire's greatest warriors and her greatest rival.

In my opinion, this series is too normal! But if you watch it just for fun or don't pay too much attention to the depth, this series is still worth watching. But I feel that this remake is still quite ok and the art has become more beautiful and stable, but in the last episode, it has very bad art again. But I am an easy-going person and watch anime without logic or not paying too much attention to the depth or the highlights in the animation or story, I just want to watch and relax with these series. So if you watch it with ... a deep story level or focus on the animation, then please don't watch it, but if you watch it to relax or watch for fun or entertainment, then you should watch it.

Mixed Feelings

While Season 2 of the anime retained the compelling storytelling of Season 1, its animation and pacing were notably subpar. The production quality, marred by inconsistent visuals and rushed sequences, was so disappointing that the author intervened, halting airing for nearly six months to address the issues. Silver Link's collaboration with Studio Palette seems to be a weak link, and they should either exercise stricter oversight or reconsider co-productions. This serves as a critical lesson for future projects to ensure higher standards.

Hopefully, this setback hasn’t doomed the series, and fans can still anticipate a third season with improved execution.

Huh. I was expecting more reviews. No worries, I'm here now :D
Very quick. Visuals. It depends on what version you're watching. The first episodes (was it 6?) had horrendous animation and designs, so they pressed STOP and started again. Not that the v2 is flaws free (too dark and other problems as such). The audio is ok. Some interesting ED (song and visuals), OP is meh. The VAs did ok.
And now, the story itself. Well, it is bad. A lot of plot contrivances are in place to move the plot from point A to point B. For example: "oh no, we must return to the ... palace immediately to protect the queen". Arrives at the palace, stops before entering, "to extinguish fires", arrives too late in the room. Lets the "evil guy" grab someone, "its ok, the door can't be open except if...". So ofc it will be opened. The "guy" leaves with said someone, "oh, no. how come?". Sees a car, "it must be them", follows them. Then, she has a breakdown "how did all this happen?". Geeee, I wonder... And there is more nonsense like this.
I don't know the sauce, I don't care about the sauce. I'll assume it is mostly the same (because otherwise its a different show), so that means the author is dumb. Unfortunately I don't remember much details from the 1st season, so there might also be some plot holes. I won't be bothered to check it out. Wanna talk about character development? Sorry, 404. What the author feels about that is round-up to "see? everyone has layers". Fkin' cheap tricks..... You wanna talk about romance? You know, one of the main attraction points of the 1st season? Too bad. Maybe in the next one.
In short, don't bother. If you already saw the 1st season, you could watch this, just to see where the story is going (assuming there will also be a 3rd season), but don't expect much.
I'm giving it a 4 for the... I don't even know. For the designs, some good animation, some (very very rare) decent fight choreography, ED, maybe some cute moments (also very rare). No rewatch value. No, not even to refresh my memory when/if the 3rd season will air.
