Both are comedies featuring powerful demon lords (though Jahy is the second in command rather than Satan herself) escaping to our universe after a defeat by a hero who ends up also living in our universe. The protagonists of both shows end up working food-service jobs, scraping to make by in small apartments.

- They're both about a demon and a magical girl helping eachother - The jokes are quiet similar

Both have MC's from fictional settings cohabiting in the human world and are shows with lots of comedy and slice of life. Throughout both, the MC's find themselves slowly blending in with the scenery of the city as they perform their everyday, sometimes with a fair bit of action scenes where necessary every now and then. Kobayashi has a tad bit more sense of romance intertwined whereas Jahy is just more comedy but does have its heartwarming moments too, which Kobayashi has a lot of. All in all, two shows that will surely put a smile on your face.

A non-human girl who is unfamiliar with the human world tries to achieve a large antagonistic goal, but finds herself foiled again and again, relying on the support of a friendly group of regular characters. Many comedy hijinks ensue, often character-based. These shows have a very similar feel. Ika Musume is more episodic and inventive, while Jahy-sama has more of a constant thread, with Jahy trying to achieve her aim every episode (when she's not distracted).

Both shows are quite similar including (but not limited to) the similarities between Jahy and Satania. Both present similar styles of humor, mostly based on the contrast between the supposed role of the characters and their actual standing. Both develop slowly, though Jahy has more of a driven storyline and Gabriel Dropout depends more on its ensemble cast.

Two comedies with a demon (who turned small but can shapeshift to a more adult size) drained of their powers living in a modern-day human realm, also encountering a hero too amidst everyday life activities. The main demons in both are played by Naomi Oozora but the main difference is that in Jahy, the demon is female, whereas Lv1 the demon is male plus the fact that majority of characters in Jahy are female but Lv1 is a bit more equal on that.

Both series have cute leads that are either affected by or affect dark beings that have come to Japan from another world. If you enjoy Jahy-sama's slapstick humor, you'll like the darker jokes in Jashin-chan, too.

Both have the mc be able to switch between two forms.

The character is somehow similar, Jahy had a dark skin and Nagatoro is the same and both of them make the anime more interesting. For me, both of them is good T~T (i just want this anime to be recommended hahaha)

Both shows are about a former powerful demon who lose most of her power and is forced to live among humans as a child like version of her old self.

Both are comedies involving demons, the MCs are cute girls that can get serious if necessary but in a still endearing and cutesy way. Jahy depicts everyday life of a demon among humans, while Maojou de Oyasumi depicts everyday life of a human among demons.

KamiKatsu and Jahy-sama both feature goddess figures using their powers to survive in cruel and unfamiliar environments and usually come out looking pathetic in the end. Jahy-sama is more focused on the titular demon's attempt to regain her standing through her best efforts surviving in the modern age while KamiKatsu's Mitama often serves as a bumbling sidekick to Yukito and his complex schemes.

Both have a powerful demon as female main character that lost momentaneously a lot of her powers or doesn't use them, but instead go to work, living with humans.

2 of this is my top anime for this summer 2021, along with tensura s2 part 2. Jahy sama and Kobyashi are a comedy SoL anime, both airs in the same season, Jahy sama and kobayashi san has a very good voice acting and OSTs, i really love the voice acting in it. While the characters all look similar, in my opinion, jahy sama falls behind kobayashi san in character design and animation.

Similarities - Both worlds have fantasy royalty/heroes settle down in modern day Japan - Both series main characters are female Differences - in Eiyuu the fantasy world people are retired heroes and princesses VS in Jahy it's heroes and demon kings from the underworld - Eiyuu is a 1 episode OVA so a lot of char establishment is skipped VS Jahy is a 20 ep long (and more) show that focuses a lot on its 9 main characters as well as their background with Jahy
