Both anime have highschool sluts that goes head over heels for the MC Not only does the MC in both anime come across many of these waifus and have a splendid and similar time with them alot of interesting and similar stuff happens in them If you like one you are sure to like the other one 10/10 recommend  

Both OVAs are about slutty teenage girls pleasing old men, well there's also some same age guys in Energy Kyouka!! And J* Fuuzoku Gakuensai is just one guy winning over all the girls at a slut academy, but both have the gyaru type of girls, if you like gyaru, be it completely slutty getting it on with a lot of different guys in a gangbang, or just with one lucky one, I'd say go for it.
