#24 - Sesshomaru's Daughter

Sesshoumaru no Musume de Aru to Iu Koto (殺生丸の娘であるということ)

Duration: 00:23:40
Aired: Mar 20, 2021(JST)

Kirinmaru tries to apologize to Sesshoumaru for Zero stepping out of line and breaking Tenseiga, but Sesshoumaru is intent on killing her again, no longer worried about Rin bound to hers as it will only prolong her sadness. With Zero accepting the challenge, Kirinmaru is forced to intervene by scattering the Rainbow Pearls, leading Zero to renounce her relation with Kirinmaru and leaving to find the pearls again. Sesshoumaru and Riku follow suit, the latter wounding Kirinmaru beforehand. As the girls fight without the pearls, Kirinmaru incapacitates Setsuna and destroys the naginata blade. Believing Setsuna has died peacefully, the enraged Towa transforms into her full demon self and Moroha turns into Beniyasha. They attempt to gain the upper hand, but Kirinmaru overwhelms and spares them. Before leaving, he delays the battle for most days. As Moroha wakes up with Kirara beside her, she sorrowfully apologizes to her half-first cousin, as she and Towa had both failed to avenge Setsuna. A grief-stricken Towa is left with nothing but to mourn Setsuna. However, Sesshoumaru returns and gives her the broken Tenseiga.
