Synopsis

Sickly but optimistic middle school student Nodoka Hanadera has just moved to Sukoyaka City, a place famous for its healthy atmosphere. She immediately befriends two of her classmates: the gentle but athletic Chiyu Sawaizumi, whose family runs a hot spring inn, and the bubbly and fashionable daughter of a vet, Hinata Hiramitsu.

Soon after arriving, Nodoka finds an ill puppy in a forest, surrounded by three magical talking animals: Rabbirin, Penguitan, and Nyatoran. They tell her that the puppy, Princess Latte, can only be cured by defeating a nearby monster known as a "Mega Byogen" and purifying the land it has corrupted. Despite being powerless, Nodoka refuses to give up and let Latte suffer.

Moved by her determination, Rabbirin forms a pact with Nodoka, allowing her to transform into a hero known as a Precure. Assuming the persona of "Cure Grace," the energized Nodoka fights off the Byogen and heals the earth, curing Latte.

As the Byogen and their leaders continue their attacks, Penguitan and Nyatoran also find their partners in Chiyu and Hinata, giving them the powers of "Cure Fontaine" and "Cure Sparkle" respectively. Now, it's up to the three Precure and their animal friends to stop the Byogen and protect the earth from their infections!

This is my First review here and it was supposed to go on Crunchyroll but they didn't accept stuff this long SO. In honor of Healin Good coming back from hiatus AND being placed on a legal streaming site, here we are:

Precure has been a part of my life for a few years (7? 8?) now and it's always been one of my favorite shows. I love how Precure in general tackles its darker themes in a way that helps children understand while also showing how love, hope, and friendship can change the world and make you strong enough to beat that darkness.

Healin Good specifically read more

The legendary week for Precure fans happened when it was announced that not only would Healin' Good will be returning from its 2-month-long hiatus, but also that Crunchyroll will be simulcasting a Precure season for the first time in 10 years. Obviously a lot of hype has been built up around this, so take the following review as a reason why you should watch this.

Story- Many Precure plots, at least in the early game, tend to be very similar in the broader details, and Healin' Good is not particularly an exception. That said, Healin' Good has also been doing some interesting things with the villains read more

This is a PRECURE anime. It's a show geared towards KIDS.

Therefore, there is no need to be strict on this series. No edge, unlike Madoka or Magical girl site. The franchise isn't trying to change the anime industry or make something new. They know what they are doing and that's making wholesome magical girls trying to save the world.

This means when you go in you are prepared for the mediocre plot and character development. The art is decent, at least it's better then the date a live series. The show isn't really about the battle sequences and more about the characters' flaws and how they read more

This review will cover the first 10 episodes of the season.

After the entertaining story and cool art of star twinkle precure, i'm a bit disapointed with this.

story: 5
The story is pretty average: a magical world that heals the earth is attacked by the darkness, and now the pretty cures have to restore it, that will save that world and the earth.

art: 6
not bad at all.
the animation quality is very good, very good drawn characters and fluid animation all the time; plus it has a very good CGI animation for the ending.
the cure desings, transformations and attacks are fine but still catching for kids and magical read more
