The anime centers on four girls at the full bloom of their youth, working hard to achieve their dreams as they struggle valiantly. In Japanese entertainment, Maesetsu! refers to an introductory talk or explanation addressed to the audience before the broadcast of television programs, usually performed by assistant directors and particularly comedians in variety or comedy shows.

Wouldn't say it's bad, but it's pretty meh honestly. Let me explain a bit about it.

As I just mentioned, it's about stand up/stage comedy, following school girls who are into that, and even perform. That's the entire anime's plot, them growing, and learning more and growing into the business itself, learning the tricks of the trade. It's read more

Here and on other resources I read that this anime is not very good, because the jokes are not funny. Maybe. At the end of the eighth episode, I can say that jokes really are not funny. But! Even the characters say the same. And that this is normal, because girls still study the profession.

I think the error of this anime is in the positioning. It is not a Comedy. It is Slice of Life only. And as "Slice of Life" it deserves attention.
