The same iseaki theme anime , where it focuses on a group of very special teens that have contributed to the alternated world's existence.  

Both serie are have isekai (another world) teleporting. It includes young people engaged in politics. Choujin has the character named Roux, just like Inui, Tomoe in Genjitsu. And also has Mikogami, Tsukasa and Souma, Kazuya characters. There are also half humans in both series. 

Both shows follow similar plot ideas revolving around the main characters introducing modern developments/technology to olden times. They both also show the impact that the technology/development has on that current society  

Danganronpa is known for high school lvl (talent) -There's no elements of horror but its similar by their talents -at the start they wake up and find themselves in different universe/place -They have to survive/save in order to be freed 

both are about a group of kids with expertise in certain areas that had to work together as a team. they work towards the goal of getting home. only one is an isekai but theyre both quite similar

Both main character goes from modern world to fantasy world. Both of the isekai anime are great because their story line is well divided. It's not rushed and they both have powerful main characters. If you like modern day ideas tossed into fantasy then this anime is just right for you. 

Both anime have mcs who came from another world and have the ideas and skills too advanced for that world and are capable of and want to change that world, But honzuki no gekokujou doesn't have any fighting in it compared to choyoyu. 

Both anime based in a city, which protoganists are trying to develop it  

The same isekai themed anime where the character didn't only made a name for himself fighting evil, but also made some developments in the world they're in.  

Genius protagonists from earth are summoned to save the other world 

In both anime the Main Character is OP as hell and a super genius. Both anime have magic, both focus on building an empire. They also both share the desire to stop evil people from controlling/abusing their citizens. Both also have the classic light-hearted Isekai vibe, though Reikenzan isnt an Isekai anime. Other than that Reikenzan has a much stronger focus on training to become better 

While one is isekai and not fantasy themed and the other highschool classroom themed, both have very similar vibe. Both try but actually don't discuss some philosophy questions. The protagonists fight through strategy against the current antagonists. Both have enough fanservice to sustain the shallower viewer and both are similarly short. 

Both anime take a turn in what seems to be how most isekai anime from now on, at least maybe in the next few years will be showcasing. Instead of the normal isekai were used to both series summon (instead of one op mc) a group of people from the modern world to a fantasy one. If you like the concept in this anime you should also consider watching this as well. 

How the main cast of Chou Yoyuu starts from a village and gets involved in world affairs involving among others fighting is very similar to Utawarerumono's first half. 

you could say Choyoyu is a poor man's Gate. the characters get isekaid, introduce locals to benefits of modern science, win their hearts and aid them against abusive nobility.
