New Interest Stack
Interest Stacks![]() ![]() Source: AniDB ![]() ![]() Mainly historical with some fantasy with royalty or a historical feeling fantasy. ![]() ![]() I find anime that gives me insight into a topic oddly compelling: hobbies, science, cities, food, lifestyles, etc... ![]() ![]() anime with little to no oversexualization/hypersexualization of female characters. no harems regardless of horniness because it's still weird & misogynistic. i tried to avoid shows that simply have little to no girls at all. i'm tired of feeling grossed out by every anime/manga !! ![]() ![]() Because most OP characters are male, this list is for variety's sake. This is just stuff I've seen, feel free to suggest! ![]() ![]() These are anime which either talk about or show you what it is like to do something irl. ![]() ![]() The Arts are made up of three types: Performing Arts (Music, Dance, Theater, Cosplaying, Acting, etc.), Visual Arts (Painting, Drawing, Film Making, Animation, Video Game Creation, Photography, etc.) and Literary Arts (Novel/Light Novel Writing, Manga/Doujin Writing, Lyric Writing, Journalism, Magazines, Editing, Dictionary Writing, Ghost Writing, etc.). While Performing Arts and Visual Arts have tags on MyAnimeList, Literary Arts do not, so this interest stack is rectifying that. Literary Arts have a long history with anime like the other two art forms, so this includes a wide variety of them. It may also include some that are about being passionate for literature rather than writing itself. Some series are excluded if they lean more towards Performing Arts or Visual Arts than Literary Arts, such as Kodocha, Saekano or The Pet Girl of Sakurasou. While some series may have major characters who are novelists, it needs to have Literary Arts be an important aspect of the plot in order for it to be included. Also, there will only be one series per franchise for the sake of variety. ![]() ![]() Winter 2024 Update: ![]() ![]() Fantasy & Isekai I've watched that is probably worth your time, at least to some degree (especially the stuff I rate a 7 or higher). Sequels implied unless otherwise stated. ![]() ![]() Some of the best known age gap stories. what interesting anime may I missing. dont hesitate to let me know. ![]() ![]() Female mc/protagonist in another world ![]() ![]() Animeby
MyAnimeList
Anisata (アニサタ) was a late night anime programming block on Saturdays aired on TV Asahi from April 3, 2016 to September 2020. It has been now rebranded under the name ANiMAZiNG2!!!. ![]() ![]() A selection of shows that have a child (or child-like being) as part of the main cast. ![]() ![]() Sometimes romance is just everywhere and we need a little platonic hug from a good show. These all are comfy shows that have no romance, and if its there its minimal enough that I can't remember it :b ![]() ![]() Anime that you can put on in the background while your doing something else. ![]() ![]() Here you will find isekais that break the cliche that they always have, completely changing the isekai world in addition to being entertaining and to pass the time ![]() ![]() These are anime shows where finding the right person(s) allows one to rise above and go beyond anything one could alone. These "right ones" often come at critical, dark points and turn everything on its head. |
