Both rock a childish/semi-dumb girl as the main character with every episode being concentrated on something else (Dagashi Kashi has some sweets every episode, Tejina-senpai some "magic"-tricks.
Both have that ecchi feeling when watching it so if you enjoyed Dagashi Kashi, you are sure to like this one aswell
Senpai from Tejina-senpai and Hotaru are essentially the same character. Both are weirdly obsessed with a singular topic and express their love towards it in strange and typically hilarious ways that will be straight manned by the supporting cast. It helps that they look similar to one another as well, because they are both absurdly hot.
Can't help but think of the other when watching one.
The music especially gives off a special kind of feeling only these 2 have.
And even though the art style is not the same at all, the main girl resemble each other so much idk why
Tejina-senpai's tricks are so simple they can easily be explained by science, Ueno-san's inventions are so advanced they can easily be magic tricks. Both have half-length episodes where a normal guy is together with a weird girl in their clubs (with occasional ecchi). Tejina Senpai has MUCH better art.
Both have the same story plot where everyday guy has to face an apparently stupid and annoying girl.
Both have the same comedy and ecchi element.
The guy from "Aho Girl" can certainly pass as a domestic abuser , while in "Tejina sempai" the guy was a bit of as asshole to the girl.
The main girl from"Aho Girl" was a text book definition of "stupid" while main girl in "Tejina sempai" was more of garden variety "Loser."
In both there is an annoying dumb girl who makes stupid stunts.
In Kill Me Baby Yasuna gets punished for her stupidity by Sonya-chan.
In Tejina-senpai Senpai gets punished for her stupidity by hurting herself unintentionally.
In both Sonya-chan and Assistant-kun are the stable characters who balance things out.
