Main protagonist from a josei category with a specific interests they are passionate about (books/otome games), get isekai'd into a child's body. They use their intellect and planning to get through the events in this new live like they want to (with varying results) with a clear goal in their life (read books/not trigger bad end). Both heroines tend to space out and not be entirely avare of the social situations around them.

An otaku girl surrounded by boys (and girl) who end up falling for her. While they sometimes compete for her affection, both shows take the time to develop each character and their relationship with the main girl while avoiding unnecessary conflict. The animation style is also very similar.

Main character is isekai'ed into a magical world where they retain their memories but need to adapt using their previous neet/otaku memories and adaptability. Comedy based.

Both girls are brought to another world that is more fantasy themed. They are booth surrounded by a few love interests but in Seijo no Maryoku was Bannou they tend to focus on 1 man in particular.

-Reverse harem -Setting is a fancy high school full of rich pretty people/nobility -Funny and light-hearted tone with periods of sad and introspective character backstories -Everyone (boys and girls) is attracted to MC

-Both take place in a similar fantasy setting -Both see the protagonist as a natural born charmer who draws love interests and friends in through their kindness, stubbornness and other personality traits -Both immediately task the main character with some kind of huge, overarching mission which is in the back of the audience's minds but doesn't become the main focus of the show

- simply: very similar overall vibe - main character gets isekai'd - main character makes a lot of allies due to helping them, unintentionally gains people's respect and they start treating them in a special way - most people become friends with or love the main character - focused mainly on those friendly relatioships - the type of anime you'd watch to relax after a long day - maybe not the same, but I'd say that a similar colorful art style... [other than that, Slime is more serious/fantasy&magic/fight focused, Otome is more light/romance/slice of life, i guess]

- W H O L E S O M E - pure, precious MC. Everyone loves her. A lil dense. Just like bakarina - hilarious, and you're rooting for the MC like every other character in the show - no romance or isekai, but set in a fantasy rpg game world! Has a lot of fun elements of being in a virtual fantasy world, and also deals with magic

Both are isekai involving a protagonist who dies and wakes up in the body of the villain of a story (an otome game in one, a novel in the other). In both stories, the villain is doomed to experience a bad ending. Using their prior knowledge, the protagonists do whatever they can to change their fates. Hilarity ensues when they start going out of character.

Both series have a funny outgoing main characters who affects people all around her in a positive way.

If you like romance like snow white with the read hair then you will like Otome, it has more comedy in that snow white with the red hair but definitely a good romance to watch

Both have lead noble girls who refuse to be conquered by what life throws at them. They both aired at the same time and have about the same quality animation. Both female leads change the perspective of those around them and help them grow as a person.

Finding an "isekai" anime is easy; however, finding an "isekai" anime with a female protagonist that mainly focuses on wholesome and comedic aspects is difficult. But don't worry because I got you covered. Here's some series that primarily focuses on just that. I'm sure you'll find the other as equally enjoyable if you find either of these entertaining.

The stories are not similar. But the atmosphere is similar. They are humorous anime to relax. With an atypical female main character at the centre of the story. Personally I think the anime "Otome" is better, but both anime are good.

Both are series about a less than intelligent main protagonist who make friends and find themselves defacto leaders of a group of varied characters through being good people and helping others out, often without even realising it. Applies more so to the machizoku manga than the current extent of the anime adap.

Both these shows My Next Life As a Villainess and The Devil Is a Part-Timer are great isekai shows which put a twist on the genre, which has come to a point where a lot of isekai shows are the same. The only thing which could deter you from is that My Next Life As a Villainess is getting a second season and after 9 years The Devil Is a Part-Timer hasn't gotten a second season.

Both are the 'shoujo' mc that got reincarnated to another world. However, the anime have different genre . They have same personality trait and have same goals to survive in the another world in their own way. The both world appeared to be in game world.

Both are comedy Both have awesome character Both have pretty anime girl

Pretty similar but with genderbend too. The manga is also pretty great and unlike otome game no hametsu flag, this is more on otome game. This is based on a otome game. This has more cute and romantic interactions between the male leads and our mc.

Similar in that it's essentially a ridiculous harem romcom centered around a painfully oblivious main character. For both these shows, I literally could not stop laughing throughout the entire thing. Absolutely priceless.

Both anime is isekai. royalty relation both follow their own heart and hobby. both trying to help around.
report Recommended by Chinar
Harem rom-coms with bi elements, where the mc helps people deal with their troubles and insecurities.

1. Reverse harem. Kind and compassionate female leads that attract others not only because they are the lead, but also because of how they treat others. 2. Fantasy 3. Comedy

Both titles are light-hearted comedies with bunch of likeable characters, and they are both related to nerdy topics (be it otome games or manga).

A 17 year galgae/otome otaku using intelligence to solve problems.Bakarina is indeed the revese harem's best answer to kaminomi with the difference thay it takes place in an isekai and the main character is the "villaness".

Although Hamefura is an Isekai and Net-juu isn't, both anime revolve around games and have a kind-hearted, cute and funny otaku main character. The overall vibe that feature funny and healing moments is there, as is the romance. In Net-juu the MC pretends to be somebody that she's not (pretending to be a boy when she's actually a girl) and in Hamefura the MC ends up in the body of a villainess, which she totally isn't). Those girls have to deal with this other identity in their different ways.

They are funny otome genre anime. The female lead are both lovable characters and they both live in game-like settings.

Both anime start out as the same with the heroine being teleported and reincarnated as anime game characters. There's romance, and comedy in both series.

Hated by everyone around or being too cautious as to not set off death flags that may speed up the impending doom they are trying to avoid, Sei Handa and Katarina Claes go about their life regarded as outcasts—or at least those are what they believe.
report Recommended by Shiina_M
-Kind female MC that helps other characters in dealing with their insecurities and dark pasts -Funny and hopeful tone -All the other characters are drawn to MC and feel protective towards her (in Hamefura this plays out as a Reverse Harem, in Fruits Basket it's more friendship with a love triangle)
report Recommended by gumrats
- cute wholesome relationships! - comedy, but also well developed characters - good balance of both female and male characters who have screen time - not a reverse harem and focuses more on four relationships, but also lots of group friendship dynamics and well written romance - hard not to love all the characters! refreshing to watch and enjoy :)

Both series are a parody of their genre but have different plots and settings. However, you might enjoy one if you enjoy comedy and fluffiness: - Both heroines were supposed to be evil but they are very cute and dense. They have a tendency to be gluttons. - Heroine has a stereotypical group of male and female friends to hang out with her. - Heroine is completely dense and oblivious to the feelings of the main "hero".
report Recommended by Orulyon
Main character is very ditsy and dense. Both series take place where there is magic involved. Similar genre of comedy and romance.
