New Interest Stack
Interest StacksA selection of 21st century anime series featuring characters who are adults. From ordinary office workers to traveling peddlers to superheroes, adult protagonists can have a variety of life experiences and many different ways of living. Young emerging adults may still be trying to find their path in life, while established older folks are more likely to have mastered the art of adulting - or at least learned enough to muddle by. Some adults become jaded over time from repeated exposure to the reality that life is often painful, depressing, and unfair. Others retain a more positive outlook by focusing on their dreams for the future or take a more pragmatic approach by putting all their efforts into improving their lives here and now. Shows where some characters are written and portrayed outside what is considered the standard "man" or "woman". This is my first interest stack so I just wanted to have fun with it and recommend some animes I liked under this particular idea ;^) Anime with lots of cute boys mostly excluding the sports, yaoi, romance or harem genre. Just cute boys doing stuff. These are all some of my favorite fantasy Shoujo anime! There’s a lot of fantasy shounen but it’s rare to find people with a huge list of Shoujo fantasy and if they do have one it tends to be a lot of the same stuff. Here’s mine. I hope you find something new to watch. If not, I’m sorry for not being helpful enough. I’ll also be adding donghua (Chinese anime) in here because a lot of them are really worth watching. There’s one anime on here that airs in the fall but I’ve read and am obsessed with the source material and the trailers look amazing so I feel comfortable putting it on here. They are in rank from my highest score to lowest. FYI just because something might be ranked low doesn’t mean that it’s bad, it’s in my favorites list after all. Also, just because these are Shoujo anime doesn’t necessarily mean they all are romances. Enjoy! Experimental list where I try to collect anime series with themes/characters that people who work as translators and/or interpreters might find interesting. The night is silent and darkness predominates in every corner of the countryside or the city, so keep quiet and watch these shows carefully. An assorted stack of anime series with some talented detectives and mind-boggling mysteries to uncover. Highly recommended for fans who love to put on a thinking cap and wrap their head around, trying to unravel secrets alongside the protagonists. You've heard of CGDCT before The title speaks for itself. Based on Captain-Nisaka's video "Evolution of shoujo animes - 1966-2021 (COMPLET)" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmrW6NNvnDc This stack is for shoujo, josei or any other female-targeted show with a male protagonist. In case this stack is of interest to any of the guys, I tried to select shows with a non-objectified image of the guys first. But anyway, this stack is meant for any audience, so I didn't rule out fanservice shows or BL. Also, some shows, especially idols, usually have a formal female protagonist, but since most of the focus is on the male characters anyway, I took the liberty of listing some of them too. Anime that NOT TAGGET as BL but represent Just a list of the anime adapted from manga in the shoujo manga magazine Asuka (former Monthly Asuka). They thought they could censor me but I will prevail! My last interest stack straight up *poof* *vanished* and DISAPEARED without a trace all I have left is the link I once saved that now goes "error 404." So here we go again, back at it with ya boi: |
