Babylon

If you've watched Monster, this my very likely interest you. Through this title you'll find similarities like -A child that was born evil. -A person described as charismatic scheemer. -MC who's a highly praised invidual in his particular field of work -MC who feels responsible for antagonists evil deeds. 

Babylon is an amalgam of good ideas thrown together that don't necessarily reach the level of any of the ideas that make it up individually. Monster is a source for one of these ideas where the show tries to answer questions such as "are all humans born equal" and "what value can be assigned to each human?" and if such a value was to be negative, do we have the right to eliminate that person? The only difference here is that monster is a very well-written story and Babylon is simply a cheap imitation. 

The main theme of the two animes is about the incarnation of the devil or the evil force on earth. Subscriptions: 1. The existence of a human being who represents evil. ۲. Murder 3. Mysterious scenario 4. Psychological theme 

Monster is a psychological thriller masterpiece. Similar to Babylon monster also has a captivating villain. In monster we follow Dr. Tenma and here we follow Prosecutor Seizaki. Both of these shows are elevated to a different level thanks to their amazing antagonists. 

a villain with twisted mind and questionable philosophy, who can manipulate others into actions they might have never commited otherwise. a man on the quest to punish the villain. both shows question human morality, the nature of good and evil, and other popular themes that mankind has pondered for centuries.  

A monstrous being that mind-controls humans to death. 

The concept of monster and babylon are so similar and yeah both series have one of the best manipulators in anime  

If you were strong enough to handle Babylon then i am most certain you will love Monster. Honestly one cannot exist without the other. Note this message is not for the faint of heart. Psychological beauty dose not even begin to describe these two beautiful titles 

Both anime are police and have to solve cases. In addition, sometimes morally complicated situations appear, situations that will make you think like a spectator. 

Both shows have a similar tone set in dystopian futures. Babylon focuses on an investigation into suicides in a sovereign city in Japan. The main conflict between the main character and the villain is compelling due to how irredeemable she is and the direction of scenes featuring The two are intense to say the least. Psycho pass is a show most people have seen and focuses on future cops... It's pretty good.  

these are quite similar thematically, as in they both question how humans perceive 'good and evil' in a society.  

Both essentially their own genre a philosophy essay. Purpose of any philosophy essay is not give you answers but give you questions. 

Two anime exploring complex philosophical themes, free will and suicide as it's ultimate expression in particular. Both use a criminal investigation by the protagonist, who works for international law enforcement, as a framing device. Both take place in both Japan and other countries (even continents) due to the international nature of the mystery conspiracy. Both have an antagonist who may or may not be supernatural and has similar powers over the mind of other people, yet neither anime has a respective tag. Both have a similar, half-open ending and conclusion to their subject matter. Babylon is more heavy handed and story driven, where Harmony is mainly a character drama and dialog savy. read more 

The same style of a visceral story about serial killers, criminal investigations and philosofy.  

Both are haunting and mind-bending. Intense content contemplating subjects like suicide, death, Good vs Bad, ect. Both are gory with a delicate balance between thriller & horror. They also star emotionally haunted detective leads who dive into the perfect combo of fantasy and dark reality. Can't forget how devastatingly sad they get either. All around, they are both psychological and emotional experiences, and will have you at the edge of your seat the entire time. P.S. Make sure to wait for after credit scenes! 

- There's a battle between evil and justice (But the anime focusing on justice side) - the main factor in the battle is death - the character on the evil side is very similar to "Light" in his personality - this a 12 episode anime - "Someone" Got kidnapped and tied like Misa 

*Both are a cat and mouse game between detective and criminal *Both have themes of using questionable methods of changing a problem with the world *Mind games  

The vibe of the narrative is kind of similar, especially if we look at it from the point of "mysteriousness" of the main heroine.

Very intriguing starts with interesting premises that get more and more complicated with time, dealing with political intrigues on a worldwide scale, but that lose focus or change completely the concept of what it was and has no idea how to end its conflicts. Written by the same person. Kado - The repercussions of a first encounter, with focus on technology and what could be right or wrong, but that becomes black and white by the end. Hard Sci-Fi/Magical Girl Babylon - Focus on thriller, mystery, twists and shock, then later on (awkward)discussions of right and wrong about an obvious "dilemma". Mystery/Drama/Schlock
