A girl meets two fairy likes creature that give her the powers to bring the drawings to life. Yumi creations usually are used to solve some problem and the show has a more episodic nature while in Fancy Lala, Miho uses her power to help her stablish a career as an idol.

Both are Magical Girl series that are cute and have flowers.

Kodomo no Omocha (TV) addpermalink

They have a similar spirit to them, addressing the problems faced by girls with an often anarchic approach, at both a story and character level. Yumi is the more relaxed, slice-of-life-ish show which gets there seemingly by accident, whilst Kodocha is the laser-focused and perfected refinement.
