Hatori Chise is only 16, but she has lost far more than most. With neither family nor hope, it seems all doors are closed to her. But, a chance encounter began to turn the rusted wheels of fate. In her darkest hour, a mysterious magus appears before Chise, offering a chance she couldn't turn down. This magus who seems closer to demon than human, will he bring her the light she desperately seeks, or drown her in ever deeper shadows?
If there will be any negative reviews for this series ignore the trolls.
As someone who is keeping up with the manga, I have to say Wit Studio is doing an awesome job (as expected) with this series and I'm really glad they picked this up. To me the pacing is just fine, and if it stays consistent then I think this will definitely be the series to watch for the Fall Season and even 2017.
If you enjoy stories like Natsume Yuujinchou or have seen Mushishi then you will definitely enjoy this series. Although the main character Chise can see spirits/yokai like Natsume, this story is
way more of an emotional ride than Natsume Yuujinchou but has those similar heart warming moments.
It's a piece of masterpiece.
damn i really love the opening song xD
the mc looks like rias gremory for me lol
Enjoooooooy this anime, sometime i watch the anime, there's so much boring anime to watch but for this, i really enjoy to watch it xD
I'll put this anime in the second place about "2017 fall anime reccomendations"
after the food wars absolutely xD
just love the anime when there's a rare romance story inside it (human x nonhuman).
i didn't read the manga yet but actually i'll read that after the anime's ended.
i really really happy after read the news if this anime will be run for
24 episodes damn im so happy lol.
This series gave me a Mushishi vibe, it's relaxing, it's sometimes deep, it's emotional, it's cute but this time it has a lot of drama.
The warmth of the story and its past is very touching, as we can relate with it (in different grades).
So far so good. It is somewhat generic (magic stuff happening in London), but the way that is told and the background of Chise gives you some strong messages that get diluted in the warm and charming characters
Nice art, not the best, but it works nicely.
The OST is great, touching, pretty, delicate.
The few characters shown so far are
not too developed, but in a good way, the show just concentrate tension in Chise backstory and it gets lighter with the other characters and it gives a nice balance to the show.
This is a anime with GOOD graphics, the only problem with this so far is some scenes with laggy animation. but that can't really stop me from enjoying this beauty of an anime. it is really enjoyable and slow with little flashy animation like in the end of naruto or with dragonball something i dont really enjoy that much!
-the story so far is really just character development so i cant really give it a higher grade than 7 just yet.
-the art in this anime is really nice! it reminds me alot of re:zero. i will give the art on this 9, not a 10 due
to small laggy scenes
-The sounding is fitting and comes good in with the anime, it is strange what music they choose on this anime but i think it fits right in. i rate the sounds and music in this anime 8
- i cant really say much about the characters so far, i dont know if the skeleton guy is evil or not and what his intentions is but i feel like he is a good guy and wants to help people. the girl in this anime is really shy for the moment and just came to a new home with feelings of happyness. it is a 10 in enjoyment
- i really like the anime so far, it is chill, lateback and just enjoyeble to watch! i have to give it a 10 so far!!!
- overall this anime is so far an 8 from me :)
episode 3 made my cry for the first time in a long time!
