Pretty similar setting, mini robot girls fighting and having adventures.

They both rely on models. One are mechs you pilot the other are sentient girls. Both battle and kit construction, quality, and parts affect how they perform. Both are constructed the same. One is collecting data while the other series is to became the world champion. Gundam Build Fighters is more for Gundam fans but if you like to build models and kits both series you should enjoy.

- girls only cast - one normal girl, several mechanical girls - strange, but interesting imo

both anime revolve around girls who battle in armour; whereas F.A girls is just an anime where there is no definitive storyline, Kabcolle is about trying to free the world from a mysterious threat from the sea.

They’re both about living anime girl figures. They both have a blend of 2d and 3d animation.

Little robots with personalities battling each other in special battlefields (holographic in Angelic Layer, virtual in Frame Arms Girls). When I first found out about F.AG. I thought it could be an updated version of Angelic Layer -with better special effects for battles- but unfortunately F.A.G. lacks a plot. The plot in A. L. was great and still has a special place in my heart after so many years.

Both are about a girl surrounded by mischievous chibi girls. In Nyanko Days the girls are cats that look like mini humans; in Frame Arm Girls they are anime figures that are alive. Main difference is that Nyanko Days is a short anime so you don't waste much of your time.

Both have amazing CGI battles that take place in an alternate world/dimension.

1. LRIG = Frame arms girls. Cards in wixoss, robots in Frame arms girl. 2. Pretty much girls only cast. 3. Pretty much the only thing that LRigs and frame arms girls desire is to battle. 4. MC's are incredibly similar in personality and kinda in looks. 5. Girls fight for their owner, while owner just watches from afar. 6. Frame arms girls is not that dark though and not psychological.
