So even as a NTR fetishist, This and the first one are just bad. Let me state that I will refer to Episodes 1&2 of Boku no Yayoi-san as episodes 1&2. I will refer to Episodes 1&2 of Boku no Yayoi-san 2 as episodes 3&4. Semi-Spoilers ahead, they don't tell much other than to help make a point.

Story: I do not know where to start. Episodes 3&4 Boku no Yayoi-san completely contradict each other, for the first set of the OVAs it followed a storyline at least albeit the shittiest storyline ever. In episode 3 Hiro wins. Episode 4 shows that Hebizuka sort of wins. ... Episodes 3 & 4 could have been a what-if thing showing what would have happened had the story gone either way, but that is something for VNs not Hentai.

Art: It would be good if it was 2000-2005, but not now.

Sound: Only soundtrack existent is the Voices really.

Characters: Yayoi is a complete slut, and not even the good kind. Hebizuka is essentially the cast of Jersy Shore, but more of a douche bag than all them combined. Hiro is an oddity, he isn't exactly a Beta Male, but not exactly an Alpha Male.

Enjoyment: Look somewhere else, I only finished it to not leave it unfinished.

Overall: Possibly the worst Hentai I have ever seen in my entire life, I would probably prefer Yaoi to this, and Yaoi is just cringe disgusting to me.

Never before have I regretted watching a hentai as much as this. Actually, scratch that. Never have I regretted watching ANYTHING as much as this. Now by no means is this the worst hentai I have seen, it's more the experience I had leading up to this hentai that made me hate it so much. I watched "Boku no Yayoi-san" and I thought it was bad. It defiantly had some potential but with the way season 1 ended I figured there would be no way it could get better than the trash I has just wasted 40 minutes of my life on. Yet... 2 months ... from now in present time I was just like: "You know what! I'll watch season 2!". Why did I do this? Because while making the updated review (Link on mal), I saw some screenshots from season 2 and I was just like "fuck it". And hear we are now... Reviewing "Boku no Yayoi-san 2"... Oh boy this will be rough.

Story: 1/10.
Yes, I mean it. OK LOOK, it's not just the NTR that made me give it this rating, it goes far beyond that. I am fine with NTR in hentai as long as they don't make me fucking question myself before going to sleep. It is a fucking hentai, just cuz I give a hentai a high rating and it has Rape does not make me or anyone else a Rapist. Now, that aside... This is absolutely fucking god awful NTR. Besides that, the hentai just does not make any SENSE. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK. Doesn't the blonde dude get fucked up in the 3rd episode? WELL WHY IS HE BACK in EPISODE 4? I DON'T KNOW???? Like this hentai is beyond bad when it comes to story. I am not by any means saying that the first "Boku no Yayoi-san" was an amazing story, but it was better than this. Even the terrible 2nd episode made more sense than the entirety of this season's plot. I think I've bashed on the story enough =.

Art and Animation: 5/10.
The only thing that has improved basically, but don't take that as a compliment. All of season 1's complaints I listed apply here and for time's sake I won't re-list them. But the only thing that gave this season's art an edge over last season's is the slight improvement in art and camera positioning. Even then it didn't improve that much, but it did improve enough to talk about. Everything else is still shit tho.

Sound: 7/10.

I actually can't. Every character in this hentai is fucking TERRIBLE. I gave it a 0 because there is literally no character I care for, they are all pieces of shitt. Yayoi-san is a fucking slut for plot convenience and is not even getting raped (That sounds weird lol) for Hiro. Speaking of Hiro, he is also a massive cunt because he trys to fucking rape her back from her letting the blonde dude rape her even though he lets his gang rape her... WHAT THE FUCK. And finally we the blonde cunt, which I can't even be bothered to search his name up.

I could not even jack off to this, like fine. You can have shit characters and story but atleast gave me what I came here for. WHY THE FUCK ARE THERE ONLY FACE AND INTERCOURSE SHOTS. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS HENTAI?!!?!?

I am being generous when I say don't watch this season. If you really want to try it please... I beg you... please stop after episode 1 of season 1. By no means is that a good episode but it is WAYYYYY better than what comes after. I hope I saved a soul from this hentai.
