Both these titles are about acquiring items, either by stealing (Lupin III) or by archeology (Montana Jones). The episodes are pretty much stand alone, with the characters having adventures in different parts of the world. The main character team consists of the some males, and a female (who can be actually useful if she wants). There is also an antagonist who shows up in almost every episode. His name starts with Z. However, Zenigata in Lupin III is on the side of law and order, and Dr. Zero on the opposite side. If found these titles quite enjoyable as episodic adventure stories.

the story's and charaters are like twins. its both oubout a man who is trying to find something (montana searches for treasure, and sherlock of bad guys) and the bad guys of the series are in both shows a mastermind with to stupid helpers. their looks are almost the same in both series. and the smart girl of the series who helps the main character appears in both shows. and i could go on like this for a long time :P
