Both anime have scenes with maids 'interacting' with the main character, the animation for both are outstanding 

The second episode of of Arbeit Shiyo!! Is completely focused on big chested maid, exactly as what Victorian Maid Maria No Houshi is, sure the maid is not too similar in appearance, but both hentai, in the case of Arbeit Shiyo!! Counting the other two episodes, are made with the POV direction, meaning there's not a single line from the guys and It's made from their perspective almost completely. 

Visually similar characters--beautiful, blonde, huge boobs. 

Same director. Visuals are very similar, greatly animated with realistic sounds. Characters are also big breasted and there's lactation involved.
