New Interest Stack
Interest Stacks![]() ![]() Anime that contain the otherworldly and enigmatic beings from space! Even if it's just for a single scene, if it has 'em, it's here! ![]() ![]() Approachable shows that require no prior knowledge of anime to appreciate. Determined by lack of tropes, lack of fanservice, resemblance to western media, and short length ![]() ![]() These are my personal recommendations for newbies getting into anime. There's plenty of variety in the titles I've selected, which should give a decent idea as to what anime is capable of as a storytelling medium (whether it be the good, the bad or the utterly bizarre) and should help in developing individual taste and preferences, using which budding anime fans can branch out and discover more niche and specific anime based on their predilections. The order in which the titles have been listed is roughly what I would recommend watching them in, but it can be messed around with according to the viewers' liking. ![]() ![]() The best of the best in the comedy department. If there was a time machine to go back in time, I would do it for each of the anime listed here, ordered from the best to the least (again). ![]() ![]() Anime with a loner protagonist. Well, at least at the start. I'm only including the ones where the solitary mindset has been somewhat emphasised. ![]() ![]() Not all animes are full of love or make you happy. But there are animes will make you feel excite, thrilled, and feel the adrenaline rush. Who wouldn't like action stories? Action shows can be always exciting, especially when it comes to anime. These are my recommendations and collection for action animes. ![]() ![]() These animes were the landmarks in anime industry. Critically acclaimed shows and popular for its story, characters, development, and the amazing experience that the audience might feel. Some of them are old and modern, but it has the same level of "masterpiece" that I've seen so far. ![]() ![]() Series with no filler, but some series may have mixed filler in one or two episodes, but you probably won’t even notice. ![]() ![]() Anime series with the most OP Protagonists! ![]() ![]() A Collection of Power-Fantasy Animes where the protagonist has no equal! ![]() ![]() Most adaptations are, at best, on par with the original. Some aspects are better, some worse, so it's down to preference as to how to enjoy a story. There are, of course, many, *many* outright stinkers that make one think the original was far worse than it actually was. But sometimes there comes an adaptation made with such outstanding effort, it elevates the source material onto a completely new level of experience: either through masterful editing or reimagining of the original narrative, or visionary direction, or incredible sound design, or career-topping performance from animators and/or voice actors. ![]() ![]() If you've gotten tired or bored with the common trope of the main character trying to get stronger to save something or somebody. If you just want to take a breather and take a break without worrying about the main character for a while - although I can't guarantee it for all of them - this list is for you (one entry per series - no sequels, etc.). These are only a few of all out there and I ran out of space, so if I missed one, I'm so sorry! |
