They both have otome game elements to them. The male characters are over the top and the female character feels extremely underwhelming. For some people this niche is amazing. Honestly, this musical rendition of Diabolik Lovers is quite....something.
Both have bishounen vampires (demons too in DwD) trying to catch a silly girl
Both are based on a game
Both group of boys treat the girl as a ''prey'' or ''pawn'', anyway, like an object for their benefit
Both have inverse harem and fanservice
Both have a head of the group, and they seem to be in love with the girl despite their plans and nature
Both have chapters devoted to each character to have romantic scenes with her
Both have dark aura, in a shoujo concept
- Main Character, Ritsuka is similar to Yui
- 5 guys and 1 girl
- Plot story is similar to Diabolik Lovers
I watched the first episode of "Dance with Devils" and enjoyed it a lot. The plot story is kinda similar to Diabolik Lovers, and the girl character is a bit similar to Yui.
1. Both anime are reverse harem
2. They have magical, too handsome, and sadistic male characters
3. Both of them are romantic and dark
4. They have really nice opening and ending songs
5. Their stories are not so good, but it doesn't matter because all the characters are so cool
6. They make you say "kyaaaa"
1) Reverse Harem
2) Male leads aren't human
3) Despite the large group of males, one male sticks out from the rest
4) Female main protagonist
5) Usually has a single episode for one male lead to learn his personality
6) Episodes that aren't like #5, are showing off a sudden story
7) Has 12 episodes
8) The males want something (for themselves) from the female lead, but then soon begin to love her
9) Female lead's mother or father is gone, and wants to learn information to save/get to them.
10) Has around the same number of males
-Both anime are reverse harem.
-The guys in both anime are not humans (Vampires in Vampire Knight and Devils in Dance with Devils).
-Both anime history is mostly set on a school.
-Both anime have Romance.
-The main guy in both anime are somewhat cold towards the heroine.(Rem in Dance with Devils and Zero in Vampire Knight)
-Both anime main guy in both anime try's to protect the heroine.
The two compare in terms of romance and the supernatural. If you're like me and seek a darker romance, vampire knight is one of my all time favorites and has a similar feel, yet a more developed/longer storyline and romance between the two men. Plus (in my opinion) the men in VK are much more swoon worthy.
Both are based on a game
both have inverse harem and fanservice
both have superpowers
both have a silly girl playing the roll of main character
both have chapters devoted to each character to see the romantic scenes with her of each one
- strange things start to happen with the main character
- 4 boys in the story that have a connection with her
- there's a 5th boy who's like a "joker" in the story (well, in Amnesia he's the ACTUAL joker though)
- Dance with Devils opening also have some elements that reminded me of Amnesia, like the moments with the characters and the very final moments, which lead me to think both series will have similar endings
They are both great harems with a female protagonist with actual feelings and describe their stories quite well and the plot is good (for once) they both also have interesting adventures and suitable for those who love reverse harem and for those who want to start...😃 ownside they could work on the charectrisation for the others in the series
Very similar reverse harem's even though the story and setting are different. Dance with Devils is as the name suggests a musical story about a girl being surrounded by demons, vampires and mysteries. Brothers Conflict is about a girl who moves in with her new brothers, when her father remarries the mother of these boys. The girl in both shows is very much loved and approached by many guys.
Both series are in the reverse harem genre . What does that mean ? The opposite of the usual harems that include a boy that has a bunch of girls around him; meaning a girl having a bunch of guys around her . Dance with Devils has an interesting story . Meanwhile , Brothers Conflict has rather a plain one , having a lot of fanservice .
>The female leads are similar in some ways.
>The Bishōnens in both are not human.
>Both are reverse harems.
>Both the stories are set in a school.
>Both have plots evolving around romance while complete a very different agenda.
I enjoyed Kamigami no Asobi, so I'm hoping you'll like it too... ◠‿◠
If you're really into the whole gods, demons and vampires kinda thing...this one is absolutely amazing. The touch of romance will totally will break your heart.
Reverse-harem in both animes and relatively short.
Both series have a rather unique story for a reverse harem genre . There's not much fanservice in these animes , but I found them enjoyable to watch . The ending of these might bring out some tears like it did to me.
both are reverse harems
both are heavily influenced by boy bands and have the male characters break into song
both feature a group of attractive men vying for the girls attention
both are set in an academic setting
Uto no Prince focuses more on the performance side, while Dance with the Devil just throws in the singing as an after thought. Both have very attractive males with a female protagonist that appears clueless. If you like Uta No Prince then you will probably like Dance wit the Devils.
Both are shoujo series that involve otherworldly characters such as Devils, vampires, and demons. Both take place mostly at school as well. Dance with Devils is a reverse harem and involves more romance, but you could argue that Makai Ouji has a little bit too.
Both anime are reverse harem.
Both anime has a supernatural male lead.
Both anime have romance.
In both anime the main lead are cold but slowly falls for the main heroine.
In both anime the main lead asks the heroine to go live with them in "their world" (although in DvD the heroine refuses to go).
Both are mesterpieces. If you like one you will like the other too!
Akatsuki no Yona is similar to dance with devils because the main character is a young girl. That girl is unaware of reality. For the MC in dance with devils it was being unaware of vampires and devils being real and for the MC in Akatsuki no Yona it was being unaware of the fights and diseases in other places other than her home even though she's a princess she knows nothing of the world outside her castle. Another similarity is that the MC starts to make some comerades as they both start out with one comerade that is serious about protecting them and they go on adventures to fight for what they need to. But watch them each if you want to know more and if you like romance and action together in one then these animes are for you. So you there, yeah you, what are you doing you should start watching one of them! totally recommend both of them but I recommend Akatsuki no Yona the most. :) have fun! read more
They are genderbend to each other D:
Lindo Tachibana looks like Ruby Kurosawa(i guess they are Twin!!!!)
Nanashiro Mage looks like Ohara Mari
Tsushima Yoshiko looks like Natsumezaka Yoshiki(Fallen Angel!!)
Kunikida Hanamaru looks like Sogami Urie
You Watanabe looks like Kaginuki Rem
...you have to watch them both D:!!
Musical and action....both, may have some different genre, but the two are more on the musical than the plot, also both are more on the anime's artistic side that anything else, so one could forget about the plot and just focus on the songs, that's a way lot of songs to download.
I will use the music to chain these animes. Both use MV to show action scenes or mental conflicts, but Mekakucity actors has Vocaloid music and shaft composition. If you like musical anime, this is the best one.
They are both reverse harems. They have supernatural stuff, in Diabolik Lovers it's vampires, Dance with devils it's devils, with some vampires. I think if you like one you will probably like the other. In my opinion Dance with Devils is better though.
Fushigi Yuugi and Dance With Devils are both reverse harem anime and have supernatural themes. The center of their story is also about the search for a legendary artifact that needs to be acquired/summoned and I think these two are inspired by famous real life supernatural legends. Both have a leading man that is quite emphasized with the supporting characters who are bishounens with powers who are in love with a cute (and dense) main protagonist. Get ready to be swooned by bishis.
