Yagami Yuu

Okay this is a hentai. That is to say, this is a pornographic film. Do not expect much out of this. That being said, this is part of the notorious Night Shift Nurses series, but, from my point of view, was quite tame. Basically, the nurse in question, Yagami, falls off her bike and the leading man, whose name I do not even know, gets a nice full view of her underwear. She acts shy. This is interesting because her character significantly changes from this demure girl as the episode progresses. Aside from the two main love interests, there is a super sexual hospital director ... who tries to make sex happen between the three of them. Things quickly grow out of hand from there. I won't spoil anything, but this show gets pretty bloody pretty fast. But also I'm gay and did not get anything out of this sexually. I guess you could masturbate to this, but about halfway through [unless you are into crazy stuff] you'll probably be like, "Whoa man what the fuck," and your boner with go soft.

There are two things you have to enjoy in order to like Yagami Yuu:
1. Hentai
2. Dark shows such as Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni with insane characters suffering from traumatic pasts (in both cases this would be abuse though Higurashi's is just physical while Yagami Yuu's is physical, sexual, and psychological)

Yagami Yuu is about a man who is hit by truck and taken to a hospital by a beautiful nurse who finds him. Her name is Yagami Yuu and the man soon finds out after giving in to her beauty, that she is no ordinary nurse. But she isn't even an ordinary nurse by hentai ... standards. While some of the reasons things occur in this hentai involved Yagami Yuu are a little confusing, her past which she explains to the protagonist is definitely not something many people can compare to. Not only was she forced into having sex day after day by her home tutor, Yuu came to get used to having sex with him. One day, her home tutor commits suicide. Since he was apparently the only person who really loved her, Yuu now feels completely alone.

Skip ahead to the present and you have one messed up nurse who is not only involved in sex with her patients, but commits murder as well. And it seems no one can escape from her even if they think they have.

As far as the art goes, it fits this bizarre hentai. The whole thing looks like it is viewed through a drunk person's eyes as it fades in and out of clarity as the screen never stops moving around. It's definitely not your normal way of showing a sex scene but it works here.

If you enjoy any kind of strange anime or manga like Higurashi or Ibitsu (Ibitsu is probably the closest thing I can think of to this even though it's not hentai) or don't mind steeping outside the limits of vanilla hentai, I recommend Yagami Yuu. It's good as a hentai and as a horror while not really being grotesque or anything that would take away from the "enjoyment" of the hentai (there's really barely any blood).

Finally we get to enjoy the stupidly good quality of the two previous entries without the scat! (Most disturbing thing here: eating dogfood.) This while almost upping everything else: story, art, twists, effects, production, voice acting… And most important sexier scenes. This is Teruaki Murakami at his very peek, with extremely hot girls sucking and fucking like they’re dying from hornyness. The relationship’s turns and Yuu’s real self exposed is what excells this must watch above other hentai. Insanely well-drawn and made, so to speak.

(Nanase Ren, Kazama Mana and Yagami Yuu should be viewed as one series in ... my opinion, but MAL doesn’t always agree with me. They are based on the same eroge series, they share similar opening displays, have the same opening song AND ending song, and are presented as a regular threepart hentai OVA, with a coherent style throughout.
