Both involve people being incredibly extra with over the top animation. Both are a cheesy 80s B movie and they own it.

-Similar harsh art style and character design -Both main characters fall in some dangerous situation that seems inescapable but they always manage a way out due to their wits -Side characters that do nothing but take the role of a commentator and explain what's going on -both use similar effects or different situations -The 2nd season of stardust crusaders also has gambling at some arcs

Overly buff manly men clash and beat each other half to death. Both have important blood lines e.g. Hanma & Joestar.

-Revolving around, and heavily taking part in the country of Egypt. -Flamboyant and unique character designs, can spot a Jojo or Yugioh character a mile off, recognisable art styles. -Lovable characters, high stakes and deep ties of friendship. Although not glaringly alike, I've noticed a huge cross over in the fandoms of these two series, I can see why as both also appeal to me! I recommend checking out the other if you're super into one of these!

So this is quite specific: If you liked the D'arby fights (which I absolutely loved) they are very similar to how the whole No Game No Life series is with the battle system and finding loopholes in rules.

They have a great plotline and keep you interested. (not to mention they both include really buff people) The characters have their own cool stories which add to the uniqueness of these two animes when compared to a handful of other animes.

Both of them have a similar battle system in nen and stands , both nen and stands are unique and the priority in battle's is often finding out what the opponent's nen or stand ability is and how to counter it. Just like Jojo , HxH is a really fun show and definitely worth a watch !

-both have antagonist's that use tarot cards, use the tarot card 21: The World and are voiced by the same va -both have visions that only certain people can see

-both have something about it that makes it very enjoyable to watch. -both had something with gambling (also in one piece movie: gold). -both (especially in the alabasta arc) are on land/desert, they keep going from place to place. -both have the ideal to become or defeat someone

For those who didn't know they wanted a full season of D'Arby the Gambler. If you enjoyed the mind games of that arc, then prepare a shrine because it's time to worship the goddess of abject mental torture, Takagi-san!

Althrough different in genres, both have story where a group of people with supernatural powers travels to Egypt and fights enemies with supernatural powers there. There's a battle in a desert and dog that allies with the protagonist. In both, people have powers that represent something (fighting spirit in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and food in Sore Ike! Anpanman). While JoJo is a battle shounen, Anpanman is a show for kids.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is story about vampires and supernatural powers. But it is also a comedy. Granted, its a comedy with some drama mixed in, especially this season. But still, it is mostly comedy. And if you get the humor in JoJo's, you'll probably get the humor in Fist of the North Star too. It has a lot more drama, a lot more violence, but I think you can enjoy it the same way you enjoy JoJo's. And if you find JoJo's Bizarre Adventure to be a serious show and aren't happy about what I'm saying here, well, don't mind me, go ahead and watch Fist  read more

Modern adaptations of shounen manga from roughly the same time period, both had only received OVA adaptations which didn't cover the full story. Similar feels of GAR and in the second seasons, the tensions are higher as the main threat is much more in reach.

Although they are set in different times, both anime focus on a badass main character, who must fight a lot of enemies, each with distinct and unique abilities, as he travels around to complete his quest. Both anime have a lot of action and violence, and an interesting cast of characters. Overall, they have a similar vibe and are meant for a similar audience.

Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin and JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 3: Stardust Crusaders hits the spot where both converge between them the themes of friendship, trust, and a genuine camaraderie. Both have this thrilling aspect of always being in a situation of bizarre events. Specifically with problems of life burdened with numerous obstacles and challenges. Day by day they triumphantly overcome it and live it of another day. This signifies the epitome of human challenges that struck in our everyday.

Like Jojo's Bizarre Adventure , Fist of the North Star features burly, manly men fighing against equally buff villains. Both also happen to be quite cheesy (in a good way) and have a penchant for overdramatizing. Fans of Jojo will definitely like Hokuto no Ken.
