Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Zoku

Greetings to everyone :) I just finished the series and I would like to enlighten the subject a little bit for those who have a question mark in their minds by expressing my own humble opinions. I would like to point out that my comment contains spoilers for those who still haven't finished the anime.

First of all, I think those who support the relationship between Yui and Hikki completely misunderstand the event. It was thought that Yukino needed Hikki and Hikki needed Yui, but in my opinion, this is a completely wrong determination. Don't get me wrong, Yui is a character I like a lot, ... but Yui's role here was only to cross Yukino and Hikki's paths. Although Yukino and Hikki seem to be very similar to each other, they are actually two opposite characters. Hikki has always been a shadow throughout his life, while Yukino has always shone like the sun, so they are two lonely people. Even though Hikki is alone, he has always made his own decisions, while Yukino has always tried to follow in her sister's footsteps. The common point of the two is that they cannot find a place where they belong in society. It fell to our Yui to bring these two lonely people together. Hikki, who jumped in front of the car to save Yui's dog, then met Yukino for the first time at the club. Yui has a mission in this anime, in my opinion, she has never been the lead. It was Yui's main task to compare this stubborn duo and keep them together. It even fell to Yui to make Yukino understand her feelings. Yui may be the only individual who did not show a serious character development throughout the series. Except for some minor developments, she has remained the same since the beginning. For Yukino and Hikki, the situation is very different. At the end of the series, I predict that the series will end with Yui realising that Yukino and Hikki really love each other and bringing them together. Let me list my reasons as follows:

1. It would be wrong for these two to lose their true selves by adapting to society. Yukino and Hikki should find their place in each other and integrate into society in their own way.

2. Yukino's older sister has been aware of the situation from the beginning and is annoyed by Yui's interference. She knows that Yukino needs Hikki to guide her so that she can stand on her own feet.

3. Yukino and Hikki's love for the cat and Yui's love for the dog is also a kind of metaphor. It is a simple example of their perspectives on life. The basis of a relationship is that no matter how different people are, they look at life from the same perspective.

4. If you noticed, Hikki's intervention in the last scene was not to Yui but to Yukino. He didn't want Yui to make a decision for Yukino because the decision Yukino wants Yukino to make is not the decision Yui imposed on them.

5. I think that Hikki's dating proposals to Yui are Hikki's way of trying to fix his past. Yui represents everything that Hikki was interested in in the past (see: the girl he liked in middle school), and Hikki needs to leave his past behind and turn towards the future.

6. There is a reason why both Yukino's sister and Sensei have been directing Hikki to Yukino from the beginning, and that is that they believe they can help each other.

7. In this series, Hayato and Yui are girl and boy versions of each other. Both of them are characters who love people who are independent of this society but have not yet realised that they are not the right choice for them. (Yes, I think Hayato loves Yukino) Actually, I think they are aware of it, but they have not accepted it yet. When the time comes, they will complete their mission and get out of the way.

In short, these are my determinations. I don't know how the series will end, but I haven't been wrong in my predictions yet, I hope I won't be wrong again :) It was quite a long article, thank you in advance if anyone bothers to read it. See you in the new season...

Quite frankly, these teens are really awkward and I just wanna give them all a hug.

As other reviewers have already mentioned, this is not a show that is for everyone, and not everyone is going to understand it (specifically season 2) because it is very cryptic. This is not me trying to say that only some "enlightened" or exclusive population of anime watchers is capable of enjoying this show; quite the opposite actually. SNAFU is for the broken; people who looking back are not satisfied with their past selves or are utterly incompetent at expressing what they are going through.

The 3 main characters are ... frustrating yet endearing for me. Hachiman in particular does things that make you cringe and dislike his style, until you realize that you once acted in similar ways in your youth. Maybe that scenario doesn't pertain to everyone, but the fact remains that he is begrudgingly relatable for many people (specifically young adult males I'd say considering that this is a Seinen). For female viewers, I can imagine a similar scenario when comparing themselves to the 2 main girls and their awkward story lines. Truth is, these three "friends" suck at communicating, yet it is very clear that they appreciate each other's company and don't wish for their time together to end. It doesn't sound like a particularly unique premise, yet somehow it sets itself apart in the way it's delivered.

Perhaps my favorite thing about this show is that it isn't clear who the antagonist is, which in my experience is uncommon for this type of genre. Of course, I have my own ideas as to who it is, however you could make an argument that every character is in some way contradicting themselves and thus impeding the progression of the plot. Sometimes this situation simply means that it is bad writing on the creator's part, but I'll let you decide that for yourself if you decide to watch this.

In summary, this show has me thinking about many things. Some people don't enjoy "thinking" and instead prefer the story or plot to be handed to them. Stories that "show" and don't "tell" often hold more weight, and if you agree then maybe SNAFU can get the same reaction out of you.

The Anime is basically how Women think. The problems and inter personal relationship they face are not complicated or serious, yet they portray it as veeeery complicated, they show as if there is a problem in stupid and casual scenarios. I definitely do not recommend this anime to anyone. 10 billion percent bullshit. Please watch some psychological thriller or something else instead of wasting your time in this bullshit.

This anime will be definitely sympathised by most women because stuff they talk about are definitely the kind of topic my mother shouts about all day to my father.

The art style and character designs are fabulous and ... gorgeous and the reason I started watching this anime. It is definitely a huuge waste to have such good art and animation to this piece of garbage. The budget and work should've been invested in anime's like Wotakoi or Grand Blue😞😞.

Overall this anime is definitely does not have any proper suspense or mystery or any likable factor. I'm suuuper surprised that this garbage is rated 8+. I'd personally like to have a word with every person who rated this anime more than 4. A complete waste of time.
