Recommendations

Both shows contain Magical Girls which are responsable for the different areas in the country

Both are miniseries meant to give short bursts of entertainment. The quality of the two series are also quite similar.

The animation style in both shows is kinda similar. Magical girls are present in these anime, although Concrete Revolutio also has characters with other super powers (mechs, shapeshifting, etc.). Concrete Revolutio is a standard TV show length (~24 minutes per episode) whereas Mahou Shoujo Taisen episodes are shorts (~4 minutes per episode).

- Both talking about "mahou wars",while in Mahou Shoujo Taisen is more comedy and relax,Mahou Sensou have a thoughtfull air in this plot; - Both have almost the same title and what they mean too; - Both have the use of magical objects and weapons and magic to defeat your enemies (In Mahou Shoujo Taisen the creatures and in Mahou Sensou others madoushis)

In Hetalia Axis Powers, we have characters that represent countries, while in Mahou Shoujo Taisen, we have magical girls who represent prefectures and towns of Japan. If that's not similar, then I have no idea what is. Both "parody" anime, in a way. Both won't take you more than two hours to watch.
