Both protagonists suffer because they see Youkai / spirits and are judged by those who can not. In both the main character finds a round and fluffy creature that protect them and begin to live together.

Pupipo! starts like the synopsis of Mieruko-Chan of a girl being able to watch spirits (bad and good ones, it works kind of differently on Pupipo!) that others can't see and act accordingly to don't get anyone in danger, essentially having a very similar comedy scenario. Pupipo! differs by being shorter in episode length and concluding in a very different way from what it started as, delving into more fantastical elements.

Primary schoolgirls who can see spirits that are invisible for the other humans. But while in Ninninman these spirits could help the main character, in Pupipo! the spirits hinder the little girl this time, instead.

Both are comedies with short episodes, main heroine interacts with ghosts.

Mcs have similarities in their appearance. Both used to be avoided by their peers because they have a creepy aura around them. They manage to make friends during the series.

Its very similiar - a little girl that sees ghosts and is shunned by her peers but gugure kokkuri-san is more on the parodic comedic side

You may notice that Akira Oono and Wakaba Himeji look very similar to one another. Both are the work of Rensuke Oshikiri.

Like Himeji Wakaba (Pupipo!), Watanuki Kimihiro (xxxHolic) can see things that others can't; spirits. Both are bothered by this ability. That is, until Watanuki stumbles upon a strange house inhabited by Yuuko (a witch), and Wakaba stumbles upon a pink monster she calls "Po-chan." Po-chan protects Wakaba from the spirits she sees, and Yuuko similarily protects Watanuki (but in an abstract and teacher-like fashion). Unlike Watanuki, Wakaba doesn't have the possibility to get rid of her spiritual sight. In this respect, Watanuki is more like Naoya Yuuki (Pupipo!), a boy who would give anything to get rid of his spiritual sight. -Pupipo! is a cute supernatural  read more

Both are short animes (4 min per episode) that put longer animes in shame.

Stories about girls who can see ghosts and spirits and able to communicate with them. However Wakaba Himeji is the polar opposites from Hibiki Amami, she only sees the spirits as something malicious and avoids them for good reasons.

The begin is almost the same: young schoolgirls who can see spirits and other creatures of Japanese folklore that are invisible for the other humans. These spirits are often mischievous and the girls despise them. But Pupipo! is almost superficial and parodic with random things, while Mokke is more deeper about the spirits. Finally, Pupipo! is more hilarious, while Mokke is more staid and balanced.

In both, a girl finds a strange creature that changes her life.

Both are about the girl with some supernatural talents (in Pupipo! main character sees ghosts, Kotoura reads other people's minds). Because of their abilities they can't find any friends, until they meet certain someone, who wants to help them/finds their powers interesting

Both feature a moe-ish kind of girl as the heroine. They both have a strange creature that takes to them and those around them. (Dera/Pupipo) Both have quirky themes to them and have a fantasy (in Pupipo's case supernatural) feel to them.
