Rockman.EXE Axess

Here is my review of this anime in 2023!

Story (10)
The story is about Netto and RockMan's cross-fusion where they can merge together in the real-world (Netto World). Not only that, but you will see a lot of new enemies and friend navies. Then there will be a dark chip that can make Navi's become a dark lord and stronger but they lose their consciousness. Here you can see a lot of new forms of RockMan fusion with other Navi's like Roll, Guts, etc.

Art (9)
The art of this anime is very good. It's still the same as the original. I like this animation even though watch ... it in 2023.

Sound (9)
All the sounds they used are very good and adjusted to the animation.

Character (10)
The main and supporter character is very memorable, especially the main character (Netto and RockMan).

Enjoyment (9)
It's very enjoyable to watch this movie in 2023.

Overall (9)
Recommended for those who love action, comedy, adventure, and RockMan Series.

I assume you already watched the first season when you are watching this and its better in almost every way, art is the same but the plot and its episodes and characterization are better in every way(the villains are also much better than previous seasons as threats), animation its on average better than the average episodes of last season but it doesn't have the really 2 good animated episodes of the last one.

So despite all those improvements and more consistent narrative and an actual overarching plot its ruined by filler(meaning non relevant episodes) and the pacing goes to hell due to this since they get ... a lot, hence the low score, this story would be better if it had half of the episodes.

Its ending foreshadows the next season so unlike the previous season, this is more of an adventure continues ending.

So overall this season is okay for a kids show, its good episodes are above average by those standards but be prepared for lots of non plot relevant episodes to drag this down.
