The following order of the interest stack.

Chronological Order

Since the Pokemon anime is so large and big franchise, do refer the original guide link above to see this.

BUT

Since every entry in the interest stack is numbered by the release date where to watch (mostly movies, spin-off's, specials and such), I will tag the "where to watch" like this:

Chronological - Where it is canon to the main Pokemon series

Release - Where it isn't canon to the main Pokemon series and not must watch in the specific episode number

I did it so it will be easier to just realize the most canon order by the interest stack.

Anime where Satoshi/Ash, his Pikachu or characters from his journeys are prominently featured (except for M20, M21, M23 and Harukanaru Aoi Sora)

Anime where pokémon are mentioned but never appear onscreen (e.g. Torikaekko Please)

Anime intended for young children (e.g. Pokemon Kids TV Douyou)

Non-game advertisements (e.g. Eevee and Colorful Friends and Pokemon Center Okinawa PV)

Uninteresting Anime (e.g. Nanjamo no Aibou wa Nanimono nanja!? and My Pikachu Humming)

Chinese animation (e.g. Fangkemeng: Bu Yuan Zhi Dao de Fangxing Baokemeng?! and Tong Meng Zhi Lu)

I highly recommend you watch all other seasons/movies from the series listed.

They are arranged in order from my personal favourites.

Extra notes:
* Yugioh season 0 is very underrated and is not just about the card game 'Duel Monsters'.
* Berserk movies are the best adaptation of the manga.
* Both old and new Hunter x Hunter are amazing, and each has a different style/tone.
* Claymore is a great dark fantasy show similar to Berserk.
