Golgo 13: Queen Bee

Both are noir fiction anime that explore similar themes, such as crimes, sex, and violence. Both anime have a femme fatale as one of the main characters, who uses both her charm and deadly skills to get what she wants. Both anime also feature other hitmen, mobsters, corrupt politicians, as well as guerilla soldiers, creating an overall similar mood. 

Both anime represent the "noir" genre and are quite similar stylistically. Both feature anti-heroic main characters, who are very skilled at using firearms. Both contain a lot of action and nudity. Also, both anime show a glimpse of the job of contract killing.
