A rather commonplace 90s delinquents/bosozoku anime. Nothing more, nothing less. Pretty lackluster and vapid ova, both compared to OG Shounan Bakusozoku and as a standalone project. While ep1 was still somewhat faithful to the spirit and tried to maintain a straight face, ep2 went places and, well, lived up to the title. The whole OVA is basically one old school biker (that may have or may have not appeared in OG OVA *smirk, smirk*) saving the bacon for the younger seedlings.
