Both anime have over the top characters with fast paced action sequences and characters with extraordinary abilities. They both are very entertaining to watch from start to finish. If you like one, you may probably like the other.

Both anime are directed by Oobari Masami and are based on video games from the late 1990's. Both are action-packed anime with fast paced action sequences and have a Shounen action vibe to them. They are very short to watch and you can finish both under two hours. Both have a similar animation style and atmosphere as well.

Dragon Ball Z and Voltage Fighter Cowcaizer are both action-packed anime with lots of fighting. Both titles have characters with extraordinary abilities fighting over the fate of the Earth. They both have fast paced action sequences with extended fights. However, Voltage Fighter Cowcaizer has way less episodes, has more blood and nudity compare to DBZ. If you enjoyed one, you should like the other.

The art styles and animation are very similar. Even the main characters look alike- with pony tails and sleeveless jackets. Not to mention the bouncy girls...

As they're both Masami Obari properties they're naturally rife with his trademark touches. They're even more similar since many of the characters from Gowcaizer are recycled and recolored for Angel Blade.
