It's like an everyday kind situation in a normal series where characters have fun with each other and after some time, love arrows start to fire. Some lucky guy is blessed with such honors in both series.  'Eroge! H mo Game mo Kaihatsu Zanmai' has more scene variety compared to the lighter scene shown by 'Tropical Kiss'.

Similarities:
- One guy and two girls (there are more characters in Tropical Kiss but they never have sex with the main character) who are always at a pool where the guy works

Differences:
- Tropical Kiss has less sex and a little more character interaction, but it also has better animation

A guy has many good sex scenes with many girls .
Girls are great for your liking.

The guy in both H-series has many targets to choose from. 'Please Rape Me' actually has a far better ending but 'Tropical Kiss' do better in the scenes which is what most people watch this is hoping for.
