- Both a story about a brother and sister where one wants an incestuous relationship - It's not as blatant, but the art is similar as is the storyline - Incest relationship without harem
report Recommended by renchan
-Similar Harem Anime -The main character has the same voice actor. -Every girl has some sort of interest with the main character. She will do anything for him. -We have a hot/popular, a childhood friend and many more to come XD

Almost all characters live under one dorm. Story about daily life, and romance between protagonists

Comedy and fanservice based around brother-sister incest. OniAi takes a more harem-oriented approach while KissxSis focuses much more on the sisters. Both are based on the premise of the sister(s) lusting after the brother, with the brother resisting with varying degrees of success. Both also feature an older girl (teacher, editor) who tries to correct what she sees as deviant behavior, also with varying degrees of success.

Both Sister love her Onii-chan Both Romance Both Kawaii Girls

Comedy, ecchi, soft romance and a kind of incest; it's all about imouto. OniAi: harem (girls like/love the protagonist, somehow). ImoCho: supernatural (the main character's "sister" is possessed by a perv angel/ghost that loves the MC).

Similarities: Both involves brocon. Both have a the same harem, comedy and school genre. Both involves the harem who wants to pop the guy's cherries. Dissimilarities: In one anime the guy has to find out who among his harem is his sister, while in the other anime the guy knows who his sister is. The guy in one anime is filthy rich, while the guy in the other anime has to run the dormitory to earn a living. The harem in one anime lives with the guy, while the harem in the other anime lives away from the guy.

Girls gathering in one dormitory because of one guy. For those who like harem this might be the animes for you!

Let's just say that both series are full of perverts and funny moments. Both series lie around a love basis, with plenty of surprises and plenty of laughter. Both series lie in the comedy, ecchi, harem, romance, and school genres.

Both of these series involve incestual relationships with the MC and their sister.

Similar ------- -Both Heroine are brocons -Both Heroines would do absolutely anything to get the protag's attention -Both Heroines easily get jealous -Both are Ecchi -Big breasted women
report Recommended by LowkeyGud
Similarities: Both are romance animes with forbidden love. And ofcourse both have cute girls. Dissimilarities: One is a serious anime while the other isn't. One starts with a brocon while the other starts with a siscon.

Basically These two show about Siscon brother

Both Harem Both have girls living in one dorm/house/inn + a guy
report Recommended by HardyisHere
Romantic-comedy-harem with very little plot. Extremely similar character designs and art (notably, Anastasia and Usami, Gin and Subaru). Kitamura Eri. Both look very good and deliver nicely on fanservice and relatively lowbrow comedy.
report Recommended by ataraxial
One male character, surrounded by many girls who don't shy talk about ecchi things. The anime simply are about the girls act as "boke" and the male taking the "tsukkomi" role if you know what I mean. Comedy anime. ;)

-Parents die -Sister loves brother -Brother takes care of sister -Harem -Romance ...

These two shows both have members of the student council falling in love with the male main character. They are both extremely hilarious and have no story, making a laid back show that you can watch when you are feeling lazy. The characters themselves are so unique and their personalities make the show itself.
report Recommended by PapiIsASavage
Both are heavy on the ecchi specifically with sexual situations. Both have mostly female driven ecchi scenes Both have a large focus of the content on an incestuous relationship between bro x sis -Nise's Art is better. -Nise has a better plot. -No monsters/demons/vamps ect are in Onii-Chan. -Onii-Chan is more focused on comedy than drama.

In both series sister has perverted thoughts about their brother. The difference is that in Ane log it's elder sister while in this series it's the younger sister.

Similarities: Both involves brother and sister who were separated and reunited with one another. Both sister and brother live together. Both involves a brother who cares for his sister. Both share the same comedy genre. Dissimilarities: One is a full length anime while the other is a 5 min omake. One has brocon while the other is strictly in a brother and sister relationship.

Girls fighting over a guy who is not interested in them. The girls trying to seduce the male character. Sumomomo Momomo is focused on martial arts, while the other one is focused on brother complex.
report Recommended by Disillusion
Both animes involve a light novelist MC that is obsessed with little sisters and there's a lot of sexual and perverted humor.

They are pretty much, the exact same thing. Dude moves into a new place. Dude gets a ton of girls in his face (random new girl turns up in ep 3 or smth idk). The only difference is that Goddess Dorm features a young boy compared to the teenager in OniAi. Both are pretty good ecchi if you want uncensored nipples to make an appearance too. Also, hit the nail on comedy quite well. Did I also mention that they are both harems? Let your imagination go wild, I suppose.

Stereotypical harem anime. Virtually equal plot with male MC moving into a new place filled with girls that bring forward various emotions towards him. Nothing out of the ordinary and they both follow what is their daily lives together. Somewhat similar to s.o.l but it is in harem format, with cliches that never seem to disappear. Would advise you to just pick a girl and aimlessly root for them. Don't get hopes up for anything crazy too. For any kuudere lovers, yes, both have them, but not exactly used well.

Brocon. There is something about the brother that radiates high levels of alpha energy, so much so their sister loves them to bits no questions. Aki Sora and OniAi are in the same boat in this category. Aki Sora is ever so extreme compared to a lighter OniAi, with the former also lacking a real story but I suppose the latter doesn't have a very memorable one either, basically every generic harem ever. The only pleasant things from these too are finding a girl to support (OniAi) and the OST (Aki Sora). Both are ecchi-reliant anime, that serve their purpose with their risque content if nothing else.

Similar comedy, artistic style, and characters. Haganai is a bit more random and toned-down overall in terms of excitement, while OniAi is more exaggerated and focuses almost exlusively on the romance/harem aspect. Both involve plenty of fanservice (just watch their OPs to get a sense of it).

If you are looking for a "cohabitation" themed anime, with a "brother and sister" type of romance, then Oniichan dakedo Ai sae Areba Kankeinai yo ne! fits the bill with having similar comedy elements found in Shinmai Maou no Testament.
report Recommended by greed2
In OniAi the male lead is a popular author who uses a pen name and the female lead is a big fan of his writing. The concept is switched around in Inu to Hasami, where the female lead is the author and the male lead is the reader.
report Recommended by shigeru212
Both shows have amazing art, cute and quirky girls, and a male lead who is a tsukkomi.
report Recommended by shigeru212
The female leads are cute, aggressive, and funny, and their persiflage with the male leads is not to be missed.
report Recommended by shigeru212
Akiko, who is a brocon, and Kamiomi, who is a siscon, both give bombastic yet comedic verbalizations, which are usually ignored, about their devotion to their sibling.
report Recommended by shigeru212
Both of these harem anime highlight their attractive character designs by incorporating lots of fanservice. Also both are light and fun viewings, complete with girls who have an obvious brother complex.
report Recommended by shigeru212
both have a openly admitting brocon as main who are chasing their brothers aggressively

Forbidden love brother and sister...
report Recommended by SasoriUzumaki
Both anime are about the brother and sister relationship. The difference between these two is that the sister in OniAi she show her love and care towards his brother and the anime show how she is deeply inlove with his brother while oreimo 2 the sister is a tsundere toward his brother.
report Recommended by bloody_Venus55
The art and character designs in both shows are gorgeous. Perhaps this is no coincidence because the animation studio Silver Link is credited for both shows. Also each Anime has a sister with a major brother complex and their over-the-top behavior produces hilarious results.
report Recommended by shigeru212
The main characters, Akito (Oni Ai) and Taketo (R-15), write erotic novels as their hobby and their unique talent. They have similar humor and belong to the same genre: comedy, ecchi, romance, and harem. They also have unique characters with different talents and personalities, and character and story developments are slow paced for both anime.
report Recommended by DeAnimation
Both have a sister loving bother love, but in Onii-chan Dakedo, the sister's feelings are more in action. The male protagonist of course is loved by others girls as well. They are both ecchi to a low extent and will make you laugh if you keep on watching. :)

I know it's not a incest but it is kinda similar from characteristics Nyaruko-a hyper girl who is madly in love with Mahiro and is always trying to do perverted stuff you know ecchi XD.Kuko-usually has a emotionless face but has very dirty mind and Hastur-I know he is a guy but he is shy and sweet and this has the same random moments and ecchi even though is its not a harem 1 girl and guy are in love with mahiro and kuko is in love with nyaruko
