This OVA is about Jing the king of Bandits and the prison called Seventh Heaven, he intentionlly surrenders himself to prison in order to steal a dream orb that is rumored to contain the most greatest dream a man had ever dreamt, and the man who has it happens to be prisoned within this Seventh Heaven prison.

If you are interested in Symbolism and/or surrealism, this anime is for you; especially surrealism, you get to see it from the very beginning till the end.
