Well, ladies and gentlemen, it appears that Angel Beats! has received another epilogue. Now, if you're like me, you might be wondering if this new addition is worth your time. The answer? It's a mixed bag.

On one hand, it's nice to see the characters we know and love back in action. The animation is still top-notch, and the music is just as beautiful as ever. There are some moments that will tug at your heartstrings and remind you of what made the original anime so great.

However, the new story feels a bit tacked-on and doesn't really add much to the ... overall narrative. Some of the characters are relegated to the background, and the pacing can feel a bit rushed at times. It's clear that this epilogue was made more for fanservice than anything else.

The new Angel Beats! epilogue is like a slightly underpowered sports car - it's still fun to drive, but it's not going to blow your socks off. It's a nice addition for fans, but it doesn't quite live up to the original.

Overall, I'd give a score of 7.777/10. While it might not be essential viewing, it's still a decent addition to the Angel Beats! universe that fans are sure to enjoy.

I liked it; but I'm not sure why or how this has picked up a theme of being an alternate ending an all. Without dropping spoilers for Angel Beats; this is clearly just what happened after the season finale; and before the credits. No one has any idea how long a time span went from the end of the show and the ending credits, so it seems pretty obvious this is just a glimpse of what happened in between the two points.

Seems like it could be a preview to a season two that at least at this time never came out. That's about it. ... A two minute short. I enjoyed it, but there was nothing big about it. I liked it for what it was.

[This review is spoiler free!] TL;DR: Angel Beats!: Another Epilogue adds nothing to the original story. If you didn't know this existed until today, you are probably better off not watching it.

Had there been a second season of Angel Beats, this would've been a perfect teaser. Instead, Angel Beats!: Another Epilogue is just two minutes of filler that didn't really need to exist to begin with. The art is the same as with the original Angel Beats, however; unlike the original, Another Epilogue lacks any plot and real substance.

I didn't even know this existed until I saw someone's do a review on MAL and ... I definitely think I was better off without this one. The original ending of Angel Beats was enough to leave me satisfied. Unless there is a proper second season of the show, Another Epilogue was pointless. I would not recommend anyone to watch it.
