Kanpekisugite Kawaige ga Nai to Konyaku Haki sareta Seijo wa Ringoku ni Urareru

There's something extremely satisfying in watching a character that has lived a life of injustice finally get her share of happiness and revenge (even if indirectly).

Plot: Philia and her sister are saints, but Philia is treated like trash while her sister is everyone's favorite. Philia then gets sold to another country that is in need of a saint, and that's when her life does a 180º for the better and she finally gets the love she deserves in the new country. This is already satisfying to watch, but then the anime gets better when we get to actually know her sister's, Mia, personality! Even though ... everyone treated Philia like trash, Mia actually truly loves Philia, and decides to figure out the circumstances in which Philia was sold and dig deep into the situation regarding the evil Prince and even her evil parents. TLDR: The characters have deep and interesting personalities and motivations, they make you love them, and they make you really hate the evil characters.

Animation: A beautiful art paired with appropriate animation for this type of anime! Overall it's great.

Characters: This is definitely the highlight of this anime! We have interesting characters that are driven by their motivations: Philia wants to "play her part" to the best of her capabilities; Mia's motivation is all about her sister Philia; Oswald (the good Prince from Philia's new country) wants the best for his country and for Philia, and Julius (the evil prince) and Philia's parents are there just to make us want to watch them suffer.

This is a preliminary review based on the first 3 episodes, and so far this anime is promising a lot, and has already delivered a lot in only 3 episodes.

Have you ever watched those "OP MC gets kicked out of the party for no fucking reason" anime? Well, although this anime isn’t exactly one of them, the premise has some definite similarities.

Philia is a saint of a kingdom, and in this world, a saint is an important, almost messianic figure. Philia isn’t just any saint—she’s the greatest of them all. She can heal, she can fight, she attack, she protect, and she’s cute as heck.

From that description alone, you’d probably assume she’s beloved in her kingdom, right? You’d think people would worship the ground she walks on.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case.

Everyone in her kingdom ... acts like she pissed in their tea every single morning. Why, you ask? Because she doesn’t smile enough, apparently.
I know, shocking, sports fans. I don’t think I’d flip out and spit on a literal Jesus if they healed my tumor without flashing a big dumb grin—but apparently, everyone in her kingdom was built incorrectly. I’m convinced half of them got their heads smashed into their mom’s crotch bones before they were born.

Everyone is just an asshole for no reason. There’s even a scene where the prince goes on some self-righteous monologue about how “Philia is so full of herself.”
And what unforgivable crime did Philia commit to deserve this?
Existing, I guess.

Long story short, they sell her off to another kingdom, where—surprise, surprise—people actually treat her like a human being. From there, the story really begins.

As for the animation and music? I’ll be blunt: it’s mediocre. Neither is bad, but don’t expect anything mind-blowing either.

The story, on the other hand, is where the anime shines. If you’ve seen a few "princess" anime, you’ll definitely notice some familiar beats. But the real hook here is watching Philia slowly realize she’s been criminally overqualified for the thankless role she had—and how, for the first time, she learns that being appreciated... actually feels good.
In short, this anime isn’t about epic battles or mind games; it’s about making you say “AWWWW” every few minutes.

Overall,this anime isn’t going to blow you away with flashy animation or god-tier music, but Its enjoyable.
It’s a simple story and it knows exactly what it wants to be and it sticks the landing.
If you’re looking for something that’ll warm your cold, dead heart for a few hours, this is a damn good pick.
The Saint may not smile, but her story probably could make you smile.

so far it's pretty good, especially the MC who reminds me of Yumiella Dolkness (in the anime: Akuyaku Reijou Level 99), their traits are similar at a glance, especially when in chibi mode, they do look similar. for the story itself I think it's relaxing, and so far I'm a little confused about whether to recommend it or not, because the romantic love story hasn't been told until episode 5 that I watched. so for now I give a score of 6, because there is no story that satisfies me, only about the chibi mode which I think is good, the rest is ordinary.

UPDATE --> ... I don't want to continue watching this anime, it seems that the story is not to my liking, and of course I don't recommend it.
