A.D. Vision will split its assets into four newly created companies. Each company will take over a certain area of A.D. Vision. Film library assets and other intellectual properties were sold to AEsir Holdings, account servicing and distribution operations were sold to SXION 23 (also called Section 23), Anime Network to Valkyrie Media Partners; and Amusement Park Media (ADV’s production unit) to Seraphim Studios. All the new companies link back to the same person Griffin D. Vance IV, A.D. Vision's former Senior Vice-President of Business and Legal Affairs.
