Both shows feature a mystery of who is the traitor in the group? In Rokka, it is a fantasy series with emphasis on some adventure, magic, and battles. It is one big mystery across the season. Danganronpa is a school setting with multiple small mysteries with a final reveal. Both also feature the main protagonist pushed to their limits, and both MCs are also reasonably smart though still just the average person in their group.

Fancy being a true detective? Does a mystery fascinate you? If so, then you come to the right place. These series excel in storytelling with a welcoming pinch of animation quality and romance along the way. Rokka no Yuusha showcase its strength in a simple yet intriguing game of hide and seek where predictability plays a vital part in our minds. You will constantly find yourself expecting a twist around the corner rather than contemplating and accepting the truth lying in front of you. ‘Simple is more’ certainly work wonders in this fantasy world and the relation between each character as well as their  read more

~ genre: action, adventure, fantasy. ~ Tate no Yuusha Nariagari and Rokka no Yuusha. Yuusha means "rising/brave"(something that have to do with heroes)". Their opening kinda a bit same too. ~ both have heroes that are called to fight the monster. ~ feel sad for the both main character in each anime. Iwatami Naofumi (Tate no Yuusha Nariagari) & Mayer Adlet (Rokka no Yuusha) because framed for something that he didn't do..

7 OP af warriors that fight demons to save the world. - Both are set in times of the past - Both have women with nice boobies - Both fantasy - In both shows all the characters have different powers

Although the two shows feature different settings and genres, the two shows are about groups of people making a journey who end up stranded with someone who shouldn't be there, ultimately trying to survive while weeding out the odd man out. Spoilers for both shows are deadly and should be avoided at all costs.

- both are pre apocalyptic fantasy anime where there is a dark mystery to be solved .. - similar way of thinking, discussing and drawing conclusions .. - both are intriguing and engaging for the viewers ..

I think it's similar because it has allot of characters in it with different weapons and powers and that they have something important that they have to do together.

- They both feature a cast of "colorful" but stereotypical characters set in a fantasy world - The plot progresses at a snail's pace and doesn't seem to go anywhere - The main protagonist in both cases consist of blockheaded individuals that are also fairly obnoxious.

Both are a mystery anime only with a different setting. They both aim to make you think who is/are the person/s they are looking for.

Both are about a special group of warriors that fight and deceive each other, albeit for completely different reasons.

Both animes are set in a more primitive past. While the setting of Akatsuki no Yona seems more Japanese/Korean and that of Rokka no Yuusha is more European, they both are a story of survival and adventure from the eyes of someone that was not viewed as possible a possible hero/heroine beforehand. They both have an interesting group of friends to help them along in their struggles.

Both of them involve a closed room mystery, where no one can be easily incriminated. And the remaining characters must figure out who of them is the culprit. The hints are hard to catch but they do exist. Rokka is deals with a Fantasy setting, while The Perfect Insider has a realistic scenario.

Who is the traitor? For both series this is the major question that the main protagonist seeks to answer, but there aren't many series I know of, at least of this time, which cover this theme specifically. Sure, there are other series which have 'who is the traitor' in regards to one of dozens of mysteries which compromise the entire series, but for this the entire plot for the movie or the season is the 'who is the traitor' plot. With both series there is also a wide cast of characters and a lot of tension.

Both mystery series are prime examples of plots that bite off far more than they can chew and, in the end, have disappointing conclusions. Both series have engaging premises and well-developed build-up; however, in both cases, a proper ending is missing. Both series flourish with intriguing questions, but fail where it really matters - the answer.

Both anime deal with an impostor infiltrating a group of exceptional, gifted people trying to save the world with the intention to kill them, with them trying to find out who's the impostor before it's too late. The main difference is that Rokka portrays the point of view of the group while the imposter remains hidden, while Munou na Nana has the imposter as the main character trying to murder the group.

Both shows have a solid, core cast of characters with different fighting abilities. In HxH's case, its the four main characters plus the first primary antagonist who is basically the fifth main character (Gon, Killua, Leorio, Kurapika, and also the first villain Hisoka are the main ones), and in Rokka's case, there are 7 chosen heroes who each wield different weapons and personalities. The most similar aspect though is the intelligence and seriousness with which they approach their stories and battles. Neither emphasizes action - they both emphasize strategy, tactics, and wit in their stories. Strategy plannings are common in both, and the fighting styles  read more

Grimgar segue mais o estilo de anime baseado em MMORPG. Mas se assimila a Rokka devido o tema fantasia. Por isso recomendo também a assistir. Grimgar follows more of the anime style based on MMORPG. But if you assimilate to Rokka due to the fantasy theme. So I also recommend watching.

Although they're not very similar but both are fantasy anime, Rokka no Yuusha is more on the mystery side, while Tales of the Abyss is more on adventure. One thing though is very similar it can't be a coincidence is the protagonists of both shows, Adlet from RnY looks the same as Luke from TotA, they also both are arrogant (or have high self-confidence), and both develop their characters and relationships with their allies through the show.

Both MC's have been trained before the story starts and will both show their strength/skill as the story progresses.

Both anime share a series of intricate mystery theme and slight hint of romance, with a main lead who finds himself unexpectedly fascinated by an enigmatic girl (Victorique/Fremy). Victorique and Fremy share a similar dismissing personality towards others, which we slowly see evolve.

The stories are both set in a fantasy world where a number of people gather together to complete a certain objective and changed the male lead's daily life and routines. Similarities : - The stories both focus around seven people - Male lead are considered/claimed to be the strongest in the world - The male lead has an teasing and arrogant behaviour.

Both feature going to a remote place as a group, and figuring things out while backstabbing others

Both are about groups chosen to fight, about people much stronger than any other in the world. Climate and plot are completely different but both deserve for distinction.

Both anime has a non-human evil god like character that is like a enemy of the entire humanity that resurrects in every certain era. Both also has a group that has a sole duty to defeat the evil when it resurrects.

+Both Fantasy setting Magic, Monster and Legend +Both story telling are slow pace and deep relaxing to watch +Both Art and Characters are very appealing -While "Rokka no Yuusha" (Adventure themed) "Maoyuu Maou Yuusha" is (Culture themed)

A group of strong characters from different places gathered in one place. They're not familiar with each other, but they have the same goal (to defeat the Demon god in Rokka no Yuusha/to find the creators in Re:Creators). But, instead of achieving their goal, they just fight each other to prove that they're on the right side.

Characters are dying and people dont know whom they can trust when trying to solve the case. Watch them for tension they give.

Mysteries requires deduction skills to create a solution against it. Rokka no Yuusha gives off a similar route: examining an environment of riddles to unravel the truth. Both MCs do their best in order to choose the best course of action when in dire situations.

quite literally amogus for both shows (at least for the first part of tomodachi game)

A group of people has to figure out the identity of a traitor that is among them, in a closed space scenario. Very unique characters, where basically anyone is a suspect. Both are mystery anime, but Rokka no Yuusha also has fantasy elements and a lot of world-building.
report Recommended by Kww_121
Both involve identifying a shape shifting impostor that is hiding among the main group of characters, with some mystery and psychological elements. While in Date A Live III it's only the first arc, and one should probably watch the rest of the series before it, the concept is the main driving force in Rokka no Yuusha, getting more thoroughly explored. Both shows also involve a lot of romance, with some pretty cool characters, and action, with a lot of interesting powers and abilities.

Fremy has the same design as Alice. Both fight against unkown creatures.

Both are action anime with a strong romance sub-plot Both Anime have a protagonist who is not very powerful, who's defining characteristic is that he is responsible.
report Recommended by rmremail
A show that knew what it wanted to be, doesn't break any new grounds, attempted to tell a fairly solid story, opens up for more with a solid arc conclusion, and a fun cast with few annoyances. Both those shows also tried to have a few sub-plots too many and focused too much on the backstories of characters that probably weren't needed yet.

A team with very important mission, but a discord starts as extra person suddenly appears and the search for the traitor starts.

Lord El-Melloi and Rokka no Yuusha are mystery series within a fantasy setting. Viewers who enjoyed one series will understand not to expect an action fantasy series as a synopsis may lead to the wrong expectation. Lord El-Melloi is part of the Fate franchise, which is known for its battle royal narrative. Rokka no Yuusha is set up as a series about heroes going to battle against an evil force. In both cases, the anime will subvert your expectation because these are not important (or even existing) aspects to their narratives. They are instead whodunit mysteries with action sequences as fan service.

Both of these anime series take place in a fantasy setting using the premise of hero and demons. I find them both to have a similar feeling to them. magic and fate is a big part of both anime series, and the characters set of on a "journey".

Rokka no Yuusha is story of a group of hero fighthing demon king, while Madoka is a group of magical girl fighting nightmare. Well, that was the base concept of the both story. But in both show, they focusing in different conflict, not the normally (fighting demon king/nightmare). Instead it is about the internal conflict between member of the group. And the fighting enemy part just like below 80% of the total show.

Both series feature a lot of talking and have very interesting characters. They both demand that you pay a lot of attention to what is happening and can both be considered "intellectual" anime.
report Recommended by DankSgt
They're very theatrical. The conflict between people, which is the main bit of plot here, is always more important than action on the screen. These two are the same in having actually physical action on the screen get less focus. It's there, it looks good and all, but most of the time all of the music, voice acting and such really points you to the chararacters' conflict of motivations and their agendas. In the case of Yuusha Yamemasu it's only really near the end, but ya boi Rokka is like that from the start.

A mixture of corful characters and dangerous mystery exhibit the best aspects of both series. Both are also set in a world of swords of magic, but many characters rely on brains and planning of brawn and straight fights. Re:zero possess a wider cast and more plot threads, where Rokka no Yuusha is more focused more on mysteries and intense action.

Both male protagonists are very similar -Both are very distinct, different, and unconventional from any other character around them. -Both are quite weak physically, but rely on intelligence, deception and trickery to defeat their opponents. Both are extremely smart, and are among the strongest fighters due to their smarts. -Both main male characters pride themselves on being different, and use methods and techniques that others around them would consider childish, underhanded, and/or disrespectful. Difference is Rokka no Yuusha is set in a story of individuals who engage in 1-on-1 combat, while Alderamin is set in a traditional military setting featuring larger battles as well as traditional hand to hand  read more

Both are set in fantasy worlds with teens chosen to fight for the good side (One against a demon and the other against a dark community). The male protagonists are also pretty confident in their own abilities.

Both shows are about group of people traveling to save the world from a crisis. Amidst them (like always) there is a traitor trying to stall or kill them.

Both of these series are underrated adventure stories with well choreographed fights and nonstandard magic. both series has a MC who's strong by using tools and nonstandard weapons. In Hitsugi the MC is a sabator that uses knives on wires smoke bombs and exploding knives. In Rokka the MC uses an endless assortment of tricks, bombs, wires etc. Also both series have a white haired girl who uses a magic rifle.

This is only based on my impression from watching episodes 1-3 of Ishura. - Both series have similarities where the Demon God/Lord has influenced the world - Both are, per say, looking to be the "best of the best" - Both have their own "character background" that we need to further explore as far as the series will go
report Recommended by AnimeXDLife
Both has bigger mystery involved in the end and long complicated answers and reasoning to back it up.

-Both are mystery, and they're trying to figure out who the "insider" is. -Both have a diverse cast of males and females. -Both have incorporated a fantasy element; the characters have some sort of power. If you're a fan of mystery and great art (and plot), try these animes.
