I am not sure if you have seen ShinKai, Makoto's movies. Also c heck out Brave story http://myanimelist.net/anime/1681/Brave_Story If your a fan of hunter X hunter or Shaman king, you may like that one. Another good OVA is KARAS. I can't quite remember if you havn't seen it yet though. Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations is also awesome, I gave it a 10 hands down easily. There at ep 7 currently but they only releace like 1 episode every 2 years. The first one is UC (universal century) and is the original gundum franchise and its also the longest. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Century So if you wanted to watch everything in order you would start with Mobil Suit Gundam TV and then finish by watching Mobil Suit Gundam Unicorn OVA which is at the end of this time line. The 2nd time line is Future Century http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_Fighter_G_Gundam The third is AC After Colony http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/After_Colony The 4th is AW "after War" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/After_War The 5th is CC "correct Century" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turn_A_Gundam The 6th is CA Cosmic Era - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmic_Era Now this one actually has more series to it similar to the first time line UC. This time line has all the newer shows like GUndam Seed. The final time line is the most current which is AD the "Anno Domini" time line. Which includes the OO series.
