Preliminary (2/13 eps)
Code:Breaker is sort of a shift in the magic genre in which the actors involved could very well be genetically enhanced humans, at least that's what the first two episodes seem to be leading us towards. This is really just an educated opinion concerning a possible direction for the anime, but I'll just have to wait to see if I'm right or not.

Anyway, the coolest aspect is that the protagonist, Sakura Sakurakouji has already focused on Rei Ogami as her own personal antagonist. The dynamic this implies just sets the stage for conflict between the two main actors through out the series. With Rei having to monitor Sakura and Sakura monitoring Rei, for her own personal reasons, plenty of trouble is bound to ensue.

Rei's job makes the story interesting in that as an assassin does he really have any morality left. The dark persona displayed in his job life and the good persona portrayed in school are defining traits for a skilled assassin but it calls into question which is his real state of being. This for me makes me want to watch it, plus the interjection of Sakura into his world
is like the icing on the cake because it just throws a virtual monkey wrench into his plans.

With seemingly spot on voice acting, good graphical quality, and possibly really good dynamic interaction, I'm definitely keeping my eye on this anime. Let's hope it doesn't disappoint. I recommend this one as a good one to check out.
