Dog Days' is a direct continuation to the first season of Dogs Days, so if you enjoyed Dog Days the first, chances are you will also like the second season, since it follows the same concept but with newly added heroes, which just adds more fun to this amusing series.
Cinque is summoned once again to represent Biscotti Republic with his outstanding athletic abilities, but this time he goes back to Flonyard with Rebecca(friend) and Nanami(cousin).
Nanami also possesses extraordinary skills and she quickly becomes Cinque's rival when she is recruited as the hero to represent Galette. Rebecca, despite not being as skillful as Cinque and Nanami also joins the combat which as you may know is actually a friendly Olympic-like battle between the different republics in Flonyard.
The art is as good as last seasons';colorful, bright and flows smoothly.
Sound: The OP is performed by Nana Mizuki, what else could one ask for? Yui Horie sings the cute ED.
The OSTs are fitting for each scene, upbeat for the combat scenes I've seen so far.
Characters:Cinque is still full of conviction,Nanami has confidence and Rebecca although shy at first shows promise of becoming a strong character.
Princess Millhiore is as cute as ever and Leonmitchelli-sama still shows her prowess in the battlefield.Besides that, the characters show no evident changes. There is the newly added character Cou, Princess of Pastillage who gets along with Milly and Leo-hime and also participates in the battle events for her own country.
The seiyu are remarkable, the cast consists of Nana Mizuki,Yui Horie, Kana Hanazawa among other known voices.
I gave this show a 7(Good) since it is very enjoyable.
Otherwise if you are looking for a laid back series with action, this is perfect for you.
