Abarenbou Kareshi (Manga) add
kutt
Ok, this is my first review here, sadly on this.
I am really disappointed with this manga. I was expecting so much more - not like I thought it would be great, but more that it actually were.

The story - [5/6]
So, it has 3 stories, but sadly all of them are lacking originality so much. I usually like the side-stories more than the actual one, or I just find one there better than the main plot, but I have to say the main plot right here isn't outstanding at all from the others. The uke is the greatest homophobe (or he just seems to be), but obviously, he just changes his mind right away. The idea of being a homophobe isn't bad, if you really mean it; no, fine, but at least make it smoother to not-being-at-all. Such idea needs a good plot tbh, just like Koisuru Boukun, to say. And this, well, it wasn't that smoother AT ALL. It was just short and rushed and the poor uke was a confused mess, while the seme was pretty desperate as well to hook him to the stars and back; boy, let him breathe, he got some feelings over there. Terrible.
The next story is more terrible and unoriginal, really, I don't want to talk about it, aha.
But the last one is actually better than the others - although not that great, but whatever. It was fine, too bad it's short as well.

Art - [7]
Not so impressive, it's surely lacking, but for this though it's quite expressive in some way. Just to say, sometimes too much, but it turns hilarious at some point. Ah, and if you enjoy deep sexual matters, it's quite fine.

Character - [5/6]
Sighs.
This is the weak string. They just don't have any fitting attitude. I can't see any deep connections between them; it's like they're there just for the sake of sex, and, well, 'love'. Just when I thought it's going to be some deep shit, they take everything to bed.

Enjoyment - [7]
There were some parts which made me laugh, so yeah, just for the laughter. I'm trying to be nice.

Overall - [7]
But 7 is too much. Let's say 6.5, too bad that choice doesn't exist. Yet, for a yaoi manga, 7 is good.
This manga would have been so-so much better if the author were more careful to take it slower and made the stories longer. Maybe this way the characters would have tried harder with their partners.
And maybe I'm mean because I usually find the psychical relationship more important than the physical one, heh. And this one didn't cooperate with my interest. Too bad, I saw some potential.
But if you're the type to have the opposite interest, you should give it a shot, yeah.
