This is generally what an anime should and is, right? Right.
So at first I just thought to myself, "Jeez, what a Sunday show..." but over time it really grew on me. (Plus... Chibi's really cute) The plotline is strayed a bit from the manga by adding a few new characters. I think the new characters added a little spice to the show.
Also characters weren't as predictable as any other anime. None of them really had any big secret past lives.
The music composed was mediocre but a bit soothing.
All in all I think I would conclude this by saying to start with the manga first. Also because the manga has a sequel. ;)
