Story: 8/10
Not a lot of things goes on in this anime, but sometimes that doesn't matter for some anime such as this. In the anime, a lot of things happen randomly and that can make it funny, such as unexpected situations and unpredictable responses from each character. The comedy overpowers the romance genre in this anime. Whenever there are ecchi scenes, 90% there would be Kouta having nosebleeds. The ecchi genre also adds more to the comedy, and not a lot of scenes that are indecent. The main point of this anime is mostly randomness, and I like it.
Art: 9/10
The art for this anime is detailed and the animation is smooth. The colours in the anime is vibrant and attracts the eye easily.
Sound: 9/10
Each soundtrack fits its role, but the main thing I would like to point out is the OP. The OP perfectly fits the theme of the anime, having a happy, cheerful and catchy tune. The ED fits its the theme for how stupid the main character is.
Character: 8/10
Akihisa Yoshii, I would dub "The King of Idiots". A very dense protagonist, which you would think would be annoying but that adds more comedy. A pervert but is very friendly.
Himeji Mizuki, a bad cook who forces everyone to eat her cooking. You would think that she is good at cooking, but you are very wrong. Also has that aura of a "yandere".
Shimada Minami, the flat-chested tsundere, the very violent type but can easily show her feelings to Yoshii. A good cook that would fit best to be a housewife. She also understands English and German.
Sakamoto Yuuji, a delinquent-type character who used to be really smart, but never cared about anyone but himself. Shows very little hints of him liking Shouko.
Kirishima Shouko, a girl that would do anything to be with Yuuji, such as electrocuting him or tying him up, to make sure he is with her. If you haven't realised, she's a massive yandere.
Tsuchiya Kouta, a massive pervert who rarely gets caught for taking pictures. Very knowledgable in Health and PE and also knowledgable at cameras.
Kinoshita Hideyoshi, the 'trap'. Still questioning if 'he' is actually are scenes where his chest area is censored. You can easily mistake 'him' as a girl.
Enjoyment: 10/10
Very funny, to the point where at 5 minute intervals I would laugh. There's 2 seasons of anime but I wished there was more.
Overall: 9/10
