The story in a BIG nutshell:
A young female highschooler owns a hotel-like establishment (an onsen, more specifically), and some yakuza thugs bully her to sell it but she turns them away. A young man who works at the hotel (who's secretly in love with her AND is also a childhood friend of hers) sees her getting it on with an older male hotel guest. Not just once, but twice. (*insert gasp here*)
Childhood friend gets jealous, not knowing that she was pressured (and, let's face it, raped) by that male guest, and so he calls up the yakuza thugs (because he carries their calling card on him at all times - that's a joke) and has them kidnap the hotel owner and beat up the male guest in the process.
Really, the crazy things we do when we're in love.
In conclusion, the poor girl gets brought to yakuza headquarters, sees another young woman around her age getting raped in front of her by the kingpin, gets threatened by kingpin, gets thrown into a room full of naked men of all shapes and sizes, gets drugged, and *drumroll* gets gangbanged. One at a time, mind you.

Now, my POV:
There weren't english subs when I watched this, and I'm not familiar with the game, so I'll say right now that my summary might not be 100% accurate (but accurate enough nonetheless).
Hitou Meguri Vol. 1 was very good in all aspects. The lead girl was beautiful and totally appealing, strong yet vulnerable, and made sexy, sexy sounds when getting ravished. The bad guys were ugly (typical), but not too ugly. The sex was pretty tame (a.k.a. NORMAL, lol); there wasn't alot of variety of sex so for some it might feel one-note because of that, but I thought the lead seiyu and her sexy sounds kept these scenes from being boring (it was definitely anything but).
Storyline's simple for the most part -- it wasn't complex, but it wasn't dumb either. In fact, I think it's a bit deeper than most H-titles out there (being that here the sex scenes kinda had a point and tied into the story at least). Wish I could understand Japanese so I could get a better sense of what was being said though. Pacing wasn't too fast or too slow, and I think it flowed relatively well.
Hitou Meguri probably won't be everyone's cup of tea (the advertised poster was a little misleading in how it looked like this anime would be more exciting then it really was), but it certainly appealed to me.
If you don't like hardcore stuff or want a break from hardcore stuff, then I think you should definitely give this one a shot.
