First off I would like to say that this doujinshi almost gave a heart attack, for being pissed of at two characters. Namely? That is for you to find out. This goes to show that I'm not a fan of NTR (netorare) genre stuffs.
Story: I give it a 5/10 even though I hated it how the story goes, but the author deserved it's points for the story and the plot itself, but other people into kind of this stuff might find this interesting.
Art: i give it a 8/10

i personally think 2 of the characters lacks understanding to one another that's why the problem was never solve till the end of the last chapter.
